Oliver was very helpful and interested in how my panels were working for me. I’ve had my panels for 8 years and I have been very pleased with the install and the steady production year to year with no significant declines. A1A Solar has been above the norm in everything!

We reached out to A1A to perform warranty service for both Enphase solar and Tesla Powerwalls after being orphaned from our original solar maintainer leaving the business. Moises with A1A changed over our maintainer to A1A, working with the manufactures and scheduled the replacement of a defective Enphase inverter and both our disabled, recalled Powerwalls. A1A provided accurate work estimates and we encountered no surprises during this warrantee work. The lead times for the Tesla replacements did take some time but that appeared to be out of A1A’s control. Local JAX company and available for telephone support and local service calls. Very pleased to have A1A as our maintainer.

Always a fantastic experience when ive needed A1A to do work on my solar panels or upgrades. They make it painless and in my opinion are the best and only option for anything solar panel related in Jacksonville! Working with Jay the service manager is extremely easy and communication is constant making it an absolute pleasure anytime im having issues. The work when needed is always done in super timely manner and makes maintaining my panels easier than the install itself!!! 10 Stars if the scale went that high!!! I recently had an issue with my solar system gateway not responding, and my original installer was no longer in business. I contacted A1A Solar and Air and they were excellent. The technician was on time, understood the issue immediately, and had my system back up and running in no time. The entire team, specifically Moises, were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I highly recommend them to anyone needing solar maintenance or repairs!

We upgraded our solar units and A1 did an awesome job in getting the equipment out here replacing it. They also cleaned the solar panels which increase our production of solar energy bringing down the cost of our electricity bill and followed up with a issue with JEA which they took care of. I got my solar system from A1a Solar about 10 years ago and it has been saving me money on electricity monthly from month 2 since then. Recently, I had a monitoring problem ans Jerome was able to walk me through the rebate sequence while on the phone, thus saving me a service call . Wonderful people to work with!

I sincerely thank A1A for successfully disinstalling and reinstalling my A1A solar panels. In 2018, A1A installed a remarkable 36 panels, which left me impressed. For the past eight years, I’ve had no issues with the solar install. Recently, I needed to replace my roof due to a storm in 2025. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the 36 panels from 2018 were still in perfect condition. Beaver removed the old roof, and I didn’t find any rotted wood or other damages from the solar install. This further emphasized the exceptional quality of work performed during the initial installation. A few weeks ago, Jay and his team efficiently disassembled, reinstalled and cleaning of all 36 panels without any complications. Jay’s leadership and support were outstanding, embodying the exceptional standards expected from a leading company in the solar industry. Although I rarely write reviews, I’m deeply grateful to A1A and Beaver’s for their seamless project resolution.

Jay, service mgr called to advise our system was “down” again. He advised new technology that would be better if we chose to do so. After much research we decided to go with the new micro inverters. Jay made the process seamless and was working with us throughout. The team came out today and installed the new equipment and they were very professional yet personable. They got the job done, the electricians made sure everything was connected and showed us the app and answered all our questions as well! I have and will continue to recommend A1A solar to all who ask!

I contacted A1A Solar after I was alerted that I had 8 panels that were not reporting and harvesting energy. Although A1A did not install the panels they informed me of my options with them since the original installer/maintainer was not responding to request for service from customers they installed solar to!!!🤬. Moises and his team scheduled service out of warranty. Jkari and Yancy performed the diagnostic checks and replaced the faulty part that caused the interruption in my solar production since April 2026! I am grateful for the repairs and importantly that our investment in solar is back to producing the energy levels it's designed for. I will now be changing my maintainer to A1A Solar and resting assured that I have a quality solar company that is responsive and gets the job done right!
