I have been an educator for 25 years and working with Zen Educate has been an absolute pleasure. The school site I have been placed at is a community filled with collaboration and seeing my students grow fills my heart each and every day! I appreciate the conscientious support of our admin at Zen and have recommended our services to friends and colleagues!
The entire team at Zen Educate has been super helpful, responsive, and supportive as I’ve worked to obtain my Tier 4 MN education license. They’ve been flexible with my ever changing schedule and helped me secure some great subbing opportunities.
I enjoy Zen Educate Agency since I have freedom to work as little or as much as I want. I enjoy the different schools and ages. I have had some wonderful experiences with the children teaching them and playing educational games with them, going to book fairs with them, attending holiday parties with them and exercise classes, music etc. I have enjoyed for one year and 1/2 being an instinctual aide with all the ages, roles, different subjects with elementary, middle school and high school classes. Thank you for the opportunity to serve the children and adolescents in the Orange County schools.
Horrible situation, if there’s an issue at a school that you work at, Zen will not have your back. Zen will protect there contract and throw you under the bus. Being a paraprofessional is very stressful and not rewarding. Zen or the schools don’t share IEP’s with you which makes it extremely difficult to do this job. You have no idea what type of disability or behavior problems you’re dealing with, no one tells you anything but they are quick to complain. LOL! I see a lot of 4 and 5 stars, I worked at some horrible schools. Profanity and disrespect seems to be part of the school curriculum. This paraprofessional position isn’t what I envision. I was under the impression that I was going to help kids with their class work. The paraprofessional position is just a glorifying babysitting position. These schools just want you to control particular students with really bad behavior problems.
I am absolutely blown away with the amazing service and support Zen educate has giving me. Chelsea Hutson, is always there when I need her and answers all my questions and concerns. I Daphnia Jones love working for Zen Educate best company ever.
I really appreciate Zen Educate. They helped me find a job that I liked a great deal. However, when that job was terminated--through no fault of my own--they were not able to provide clarity as to what happened. Still waiting to hear back after five days.

Zen Educate is an amazing program that is tackling an area of education that can often be under-staffed. I am so grateful to be a part of it. The students are refreshing and I’ve been warmly welcomed at every school, and appreciated.
ZenEducate was warm and professional. Julieanna was supportive and flexible with helping me to onboard. Chloe was caring and helpful at teaching me how to use the app. Even the principal at the school where I worked had positive reviews for ZenEducate - she said they have the best services for finding teachers. Even though I couldn’t stay at my position long term and had to take another job in the field of working with children with autism, I was impressed by the high quality of ZenEducate’s employees and services.
