We found it impossible to obtain the proper hold down screws with the replacement tooling bits, this company went out of their way to order the proper fasteners and send them to us in a timely manner at cost. They fit perfectly and we are very grateful.
The customer service for Regis is outstanding! We had a small issue with the postal service sending the package and the woman I called and spoke to at Regis on 02/10 was extremely nice, understanding, and quick to get the problem corrected.
After purchasing not 1 but 2 AKB-10 reamers, for which there is no warranty, and both cut too big for a bronze liner, I decided on giving them another shot. That was 100% my fault and I am now paying the price. Ordered the 1438B and am now having to do extra work since the pilot locked up n a worn guide and completely busted the guide. Just a warning for those who hate doing extra work because of shitty manufactured parts.
I have been in business with Regis Manufacturing for some time now and they absolutely crush it. I walked in expecting the usual runaround you get from most places, but nope — these folks actually know what they’re doing. Fast, sharp, zero nonsense. Their work is solid, their communication doesn’t make you want to rip your hair out, and they get things done right the first time.
