Great facility to get loaded. I got there early and they took me right into the door for loading. I had to leave after my 7pm loading and start my drive to the nearest pilot on I 10 east to hopefully find parking for the night. When I mentioned this to Juan in shipping, he said, if I like I can park here for the night and start my drive in the morning with a fresh clock. These guys are Awesome.
Went here last night in a great mood because of the positive reviews i saw before heading there. Saw a couple of reviews of how they love people getting there early to their appointments so i went early early. My appointment was at 6pm tried to check in at 11am. NOPE but that’s understandable it was a bit too early but they did straight up tell me i could only check in at 6pm. So they have a huge staging area and waited til my appointment, checked in at 6, gave me a door right away but told me to keep my doors closed and not to dock completely until they notified me. They didnt come tell me to open the doors and back up until 8:30. Loading started at 10:50 and i had my papers and on my way by 11:30 pm. Nothing negative on the people who work there they was cool, it could have been better. They do have a good restroom too.
Places like Bay Logistics makes drivers like myself enjoy what we do out here. Because from the time I walked to the building to check in, to backing to dock 6, my interaction with the staff was nothing but politeness and professionalism! I wish the company I drive for, Jasko Enterprises could send me here all the time: I mean ALL the time!
I come here a couple of times, the staff is always friendly. They get me in early when they can, and I’ve even been late with no issues. Loading is always fast. 10/10 just watch out for the stupid waymo cars
Awesome place they load and unload you fast. Just watch out for the self driving Wamos going through their parking lot.They will literally drive behind your trailer when you're backing up.
Best place to get loaded and unloaded , Just in and out . Overnight parking avaialble inside the warehouse.
Best shipper ever… first time picking here, looked at the reviews before I went since I was hesitant as I was going to be like 3 hours early… that was a non issue… was taken right away and out within 30 minutes. Friendly staff… the lady at the shipping office has excellent customer service… even if you were having a bad day, she will make you feel better!! Can’t say enough about this place!

Staff were super friendly. Check-in was a breeze. My appointment was for 15:00, I checked in at 08:40 and was immediately given a door. Loading took less than an hour, and I was on my way. Thank you to all the staff for making my life just a little easier. I appreciate the effort and care y'all put forward.
Kool place kool people fast service .appointment at 9am check in at 6 am got door right away . Oh you can park overnight.🙏🙏😃😃😃💰💰💰💰💰
