The best and most honest company. They completed big brickwork projects for me. I will recommend it.
Terrible. Was supposed to come by to look at the job and didn't show. Called the next day with an excuse and rescheduled. Came by, looked at the work to be done and gave his ideas which I liked. Said he would prepare an estimate and get it to me in the next day or two. Never happened. When I contacted him I was told he was working on it. Never heard from them again. If this is how he does business I suggest you stay away.
The best and honest contractor. Especially for the high raise building. I used ZK masonry for brick and did amazing job.
Poor contracting companies are a Property Manager’s nightmare!! But these guys are good! I can always count on their team to do the job correctly, once and for all!

Our Co-op is self run with 30 apts on 6 floors, our building is a landmark of over 100 years old. Mudassar of Ztech was very knowledgeable from the beginning of the process of accessing and estimating for the significant repair job needed. Our building’s concrete on three sides had been deteriorating for way too many years and possibly causing water damage to the foundation but definitely in the basement. The stucco on the large back wall was cracked and provided little protection from the elements. Ztech went above and beyond in their completeness at every point of the project to give us a backyard which the residents never had and a solid base which has given the Co-op a great feeling for the future stability of the building structure. We have had other companies before do big repairs recently and the comparison is not even close, we will have them back to address other problems and feel confident in Ztech.
