A really lovely place to visit! To start with 136 beers on tap, if there isn't something here for everyone then it is worrying 😅so many beers and a lot of them very very good. The staff are just amazing so friendly and their service is top notch nothing to complain about at all. Was funny that one beer my dad wanted out of 136 was the only one they didn't have on haha! Food was also amazing the offer to have half price starters for a certain time of the day was awesome and definitely made the most by having chicken wings and a pizza! Lots of TV screens to watch the various sports on aswell.
Downtown Seattle used to be our cool weekend getaway coming from our small town up north. We loved the vibe, the restaurants, and especially the array of nightlife choices. Covid and homelessness changed Seattle a lot and our last few visits were less than stellar. Places we used to love are long gone, so we were thrilled to see The Yardhouse still standing and still an excellent place to hang. During our recent visit, we spent two evenings here - one at table service and one at the bar. For our first meal, I had tortilla soup and kale caesar salad. The soup was pretty good, but I wouldn’t order it again. It was creamy but kind of one note in taste and was served in a wide bowl which made it go from hot to tepid quickly. The salad was nuanced and super interesting with pepitas and dried fruit although perhaps slightly underdressed. My partner had four meat pizza and declared it the BEST PIZZA OF ALL TIME!! The crust was thin, it had a small amount of sauce, and was literally covered with meats. He was in heaven. I ordered a flight of drinks - the honey blonde, a mango fruit beer, the daily seltzer, and a pineapple cider. The mango beer was phenomenal. The next night we bellied up to the bar to watch the MLB home run derby. My partner once again ordered the meat pizza and was somewhat disappointed to see that this time his pizza had far less toppings. He said it was really good, but he didn’t rave. We chalked it up to a busier night or a different chef. I ordered the lettuce wraps. The menu lists tofu as the first ingredient so I was a little trepidatious, but our waiter said he had worked there a year before he realized there was tofu in the recipe as it was well blended and he was right. The dish comes with two sauces and I asked for a bottle of hot sauce to spice it up. I had the mango fruit beer and then switched to wine as the evening continued. Our bartender and servers were attentive, helpful, and engaging. I wish I were better at getting names of excellent workers. We did note the name of our server the first night and have to give a big ATTTAWAY to Frances who was just fantastic. Our bartender was equally great and fixed me up with a great tasty shot after our guy, Cal Raleigh, won the home run derby. Happy hour prices gave us half off pizza and the lettuce wraps. Such a deal.
This is our new go to place when we head up for an event at climate pledge. They have an extensive food and beverage menu, the food and the staff are amazing! Highly recommend.
Guys. Definitely average food. There are much better places if you want delicious food. If you want average food while watching a game, this is your place. The guac was just mashed avocado & stale chips. The Birria was the tiniest taco I’ve ever seen for $23. I don’t usually care about the presentation of things but this was BAD.
Visited Seattle with our dog for the night and were trying to find a dog friendly restaurant. Stumbled upon this bar and surprisingly allowed our dog inside with us. Food was pretty good and they have a big drink selection. Great experience due to being able to be inside!
Nice place. Watching some hockey and heading to the Joel concert Happy hour specials. Recommend Queso with chips and tortillas Just okay buffalo wings and spinach dip. Don’t recommend sliders and fries/ margaritas pizza. Good beer selections. I don’t think I’d pay regular prices for same food if it wasn’t happy hour. Thanks
This restaurant has great seating, food, the atmosphere is relaxing. It gives a sporty yet social vibe with deem lightings. The service I believe needs work. I almost didn't leave tip and that's bad! I ALWAYS TIP!
Ate lunch here with our family and our server was very good and friendly. The food looked really good but unfortunately didn’t deliver unfortunately. Particularly the meat in the Korean tacos, it was so hard and chewy. Two of our burgers were okay and the buns were dry. Also, when using the restroom you could tell this wasn’t a new issue but the toilet was broken completely at the base and the bathroom wasn’t clean at all. Looks like it’s been a long time without any cleaning done. Stuff all over the floor. I’d come back for a beer since they have over one hundred options and would only eat again if I was desperate based on how it was with several meals.
Sports bar atmosphere with elevated food. My friends had eaten at a sister restaurant in Kansas City and recommended it. It was great! They are known for having dozens of beers on tap, but they also have wine. I found a nice glass of Merlot to go with my Steak Bowl.
My steak I ordered to be medium rare and it ended up not being seasoned well and it was really rare. The whiskey caramel butter cake was cold and wasn’t melt in your mouth. The servers were nice but I spent $100 and the food wasn’t that good.
