And finally their customer service is what sets them apart. Quite honestly, they are one of the many reasons why Ashley Furniture is as successful as it is. Xpressmen Logistics LLC was amazing to work with! From start to finish, they were super professional, very efficient, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. They went above and beyond by also removing my old furniture, which was a huge help. They also helped me when I moved from my old home to the new! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and top-notch service!

Not only did they set up my furniture quickly and efficiently, but they also made sure everything was placed exactly how I wanted it. Their attention to detail and friendly attitude made the whole process stress-free. I couldn’t be happier with the service—thank you Manny & Rico for an excellent job!

STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!! We used this company through Ashley Furniture and I’ve never seen such disorganization. They were late by 4 hours and didn’t show up the first day, then when they rescheduled for the next day they were still late. The guys were extremely rude and charged us over $179.59 on a $50 service…super shady. I would never recommend this company and would give them negative stars if I could.
I had Xpressmen move a couch out of my home. It had to go out my front door, which was a brand new, special-order door. I kept telling the worker that the couch would not fit through the door and he kept pulling it through. Because of that, one of the legs on the couch gouged a dent and a few scratches on the door. Not only didn't he listen to me, but then he tried to blame the incident on me. The insurance agent came to my home to investigate the damage and said that the damage justified the purchase of a new front door by Xpressmen. Now I'm trying to get in touch with Rico, the owner, at Xpressmen and he will not return my calls. Do NOT work with these guys because they are not loyal, truthful, and responsible for the work they do.
