This company is not a reliable. They give a quote for shipping my car I give them an almost more then week to pick up my car. Signed contract also. Until pick up day they did not find driver to pick up my car plus next day they call me and say driver asking more money and it was almost double. So I told to cancel this contract and they say no we can check a cheaper driver. So way they want more money and wasting my time and energy I don’t liked it.
This team has made a hard part of my move easy. I thought it would be complicated and that I may get scammed but none of that occurred while I worked with Xpress Auto. There are still honest shippers in the industry and that’s these people. Thanks for safely dropping off my car in Boston, MA.

I used Xpress Auto to take my car from Boston, MA and transport it to Washington state. Their initial contact was great and so was the communication they had with me the rest of the way while my vehicle was in their driver’s care. It was just delivered yesterday… looking GREAT!!!
Was allowed to put personal items in the trunk of my car before it got picked up. It was only a few sheets and a comforter but I’m glad they let me because some other shippers didn’t. Furthermore, I really did have a good time working with them on my car shipment to Boston, MA. My go to from this point on.
A big five star rating from me and my family. I was traveling for Thanksgiving to Boston, MA and needed my car shipped so that I could use it while there. This company made it so easy to book, go through the process, and ultimately have my vehicle delivered safely.
Needed to transport my 1969 Chevrolet El Camino to Boston, MA and was nervous about working with a broker. But they do have their own trucks/drivers and any drivers they subcontract out to are verified in every way possible. It was a great experience that I would do again with them.
They kept in touch with both pick up and delivery contacts so that everyone was in the loop. I was drawn to other companies for a cheaper price but they all took advantage of me and said they’d charge more than the price discussed. This auto shipping experience to Boston, MA was worth the money and I’ll definitely be going back to them.
Very poor communication skills and business practices; contact was signed for an agreed upon price, and the morning of the pickup it was increased $600 more than the agreed upon price. Chris Williams was very rude, and when I asked to speak with the driver to negotiate price, he said “I am a better negotiator than you”. This put me in a terrible position because I either had to find a new company and have my car arrive too late, or accept the higher price. There was never a warning the price would be subject to change. Do not work with this company if you want an honest deal.
I’m 100% sure this is the greatest car shipping company in the industry and that you will find on your search. Never could’ve gotten my car delivered in Boston, Massachusetts in one piece and for the same price if it wasn't for them. Thanks also to the driver for the good work and direct contact he had with me.
