This was our second time working with them, and just like the first, the process was handled flawlessly. We recently closed a file for a foreign national from the UK, and the level of precision they provided—from the lien search to the title report—was impeccable. I am an attorney in south Florida who has worked with world wide title for several years. There is no other title company I would trust with my clients. I send all my closing to World Wide Title. They are reliable, efficient and overall professional. I would recommend them to anyone looking to close on a real estate deal in South Florida

BEWARE!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I purchased a condo in 2021 and this title company was representing the seller at the time. Everyone knows it's the SELLERS responsibility to obtain the certificate of re-occupancy prior to closing. This company did NOT have their client complete the inspection and I didn't find out until I went to sell my condo, I found out that I have to pay a penalty! I contacted Natalie who works as the receptionist in the month of February to see if I could be reimbursed because of their negligence. After weeks of Marcie dodging my calls, I ended up having to go to the office and ask for my reimbursement in person. Here is when I finally got to speak with Marcie directly and she told me that she would contact the realtor to see if he would reimburse me. I reached out to her after our face-to-face conversation, and she ignored my email. Prior to this I had been in contact with the title company who represented me as well and they agreed to pay half of the penalty. Worldwide Title refused to pay anything even though it was their responsibility to have the inspection done. They have done nothing to correct their wrongdoing except give me the run around about who will pay the penalty when in all honesty it should be THEM PAYING IT! THEY DO NOT OPERATE IN GOOD FAITH AND THEY ARE CROOKS OUT TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE. This is possibly why they aren't a high-volume title company. Do yourself a favor and find a different company.

Marcie is hands down one of the best people to ever know. She is extremely talented in what she does and will make it her job to make you happy! really grateful to have met her, 10/10 recommend.
