If there was a way to give negative stars, I would! As with the others, we have a number of unpaid bills and no response to our many points of communication. Have called Dallas (an Austin number), New York and LA offices as well with no return calls. This company should not be extended a single penny for further development. Do lenders/investors not vet these people? I guess they can continue to build buildings with the money they owe the little guys. What a shame!!!!!!!!!!
The whole paul family is just a load of greedy crooks. They are killing Austin one real estate deal after another. Do not support world class capital unless you like running with the devil!
It is hard to tell whether "World Class" is wildly incompetent, or deliberately unethical. Either way, I recommend not doing business with them as a Buyer, Seller, tenant, vendor, or in any capacity whatsoever.

I have never dealt with a worse company, they even locked me out and stole my jacket!!! Don’t do business with them. They are trash.
DOES NOT pay their contractors in a timely fashion!!! Currently 5 months behind on payment in their Dallas office as of 01.18.2018
