The customer service here is awful. I believe that the brunette associate's name starts with the letter C, and she has a nasty attitude. She ought to enroll in some classes on customer service. I am thankful that I am not the only one who feels this way after reading other reviews.

Went to find an outfit for cowboy Carter. I believe Simone is her name she helped me out picking out an outfit. She gave me a lot of options. I loved the service here. ☺️

My daughter found the prom dress she had been looking for in this place! They have many options to choose from. She tried on a couple of dresses and she was happy to have finally found her perfect prom dress. Place kind of narrow and it can get super cramped on the weekends but I was just happy for my daughter. She left with a big smile on her face. Prices are also affordable!
Cute clothes 5/5 Customer Service somewhat ruined the experience. She was not helpful at all, I understand if I was demanding/mean but I kindly asked the sales associate if I could get the dress I was trying on in a smaller size so I can see how it fits. She said she checked and there was nothing. When I went to check there was so many.
First time visit today- Surprisingly neat and clean store, but poor customer service. Likely will not shop at this store or at this company. Plenty of more options! I specifically was trying to find an item from their website. After looking around the whole store, I asked a dark haired sales associate with a tablet about it. She blankly looks at me as if she doesn’t work there and points in a vague direction. She could have done her job and attempted to help me find it in the store or look at the tablet she was holding. Then I overhear her laugh and talk with her colleague how “she’s over it”.
The store was really organized. It looked very cleaned and the workers very helpful.
