As with anyone who is in the permitting process for a new build in Davidson county, TN, an infill site plan and storm water checklist is needed. Called around to about 6-8 places and they claimed they couldn’t perform the job for me as they do not work on single family homes and only larger projects. After calling Williams Engineering, Michael knew exactly what I was talking about and gave me a price over the phone. After paying him, the work was done very quick! He was knowledgeable with the process when I was not. Thank you Michael for your work and I will absolutely be using you again or referring you when people ask! Now time to get my permit and start building!
I have been permit expediting and consulting in Nashville now for about 10 years now. As local, I can say from personal experience, it can be challenging to understand Nashville's landscape, topographical needs if you aren't from here or live here. I worked with Michael on multiple projects over the years, he is one of the few we recommend to our clients. Williams Engineering is very experienced in their field and knows the in and outs and technicalities of dealing with the specific departments at metro. Very detailed in pre construction analysis and also with follow up and execution of grading plans. Would recommend for any development that requires higher level engineering and expertise in the Davidson county area.
