What an absolutely amazing experience. I have come home at the end of a day in near tears from the pain of a poorly fitting bra. I have shopped at the big chain stores and they are inexperienced and provide very little customer service. Grace (the owner) was amazing. She immediately knew my size, just by seeing me in my current bra. She kept bringing out different styles and adjusting things for the proper fit. She is a miracle worker. Every woman should experience a proper fitting. Don't hesitate to go here!

It shifts the blame onto my family (the customers) for her lack of awareness and makes an unnecessary remark about language that feels dismissive and even biased.*** I visited this store recently with my mom and sister to help my mom get fitted for a mastectomy prosthetic bra. Unfortunately, the bra didn’t fit correctly; which we understand can be a challenging process. What really disappointed us, though, was how the store owner handled the situation. During the fitting, a few comments were made about my mom’s body that felt inappropriate and hurtful. After everything my mom has been through, compassion and sensitivity should be a top priority and that was lacking in our experience. We were also only told after a purchase was made that the store does not offer refunds, only store credit. That policy had never been explained upfront. When we tried to look around to use the credit, we weren’t guided at all. I had to ask for help, and the response was simply a vague. A finger pointed toward a section of the store. No effort to assist us in finding something of equal value. What added to the disappointment was the owner’s later comment: “The three of you appeared to be enjoying browsing, so I did not realize that you wanted additional assistance until you came back to complain. I am sorry for my lack of awareness. It can be difficult to gauge a customer’s needs when they are with a group speaking a language that I (unfortunately) don’t understand.” That statement was not only inaccurate (my sister and I were speaking to her in English the entire time) but also felt dismissive and borderline insulting. Just because my mom primarily spoke Spanish does not mean we were unreachable or unclear about our needs. Before leaving this review, I went back inside the store to communicate our concerns face-to-face, hoping to give her a chance to understand our experience. Unfortunately, that conversation didn’t go well either and was met with defensiveness rather than accountability. People going through a mastectomy journey deserve care, patience, and respect; all of which were seriously lacking here. It’s clear the owner lacks the basic empathy and interpersonal skills needed to support women in such a vulnerable stage of life. She would greatly benefit from training in both compassion and customer care, basic sales or service skills.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE!! Can not recommend another place to go. Wildflower Intimates knocked the ball out of the park for me. They are a small business located near the hospital district. Easy parking. The staff and owner are friendly and helpful beyond measure. I went on Saturday to get a fitting and purchase a few bras. Before I was even out the door I was wanting more! I came back the following day and grabbed a few more items. I was able to get fitted properly and find bras that provide me with the proper support and comfort. I thought their bras and other products were fairly priced and of great quality. You can definitely tell everything is curated with thought and intention. Far better than any chain store like Victoria Secret. The quality is definitely apparent. I am so thankful to have found this wonderful place. Thank you to the two ladies and owner for their help and knowledge, I am so grateful for each of you!!!

This was the best bra fitting I’ve ever had! Carmen measured me then brought me lots of bras to try in different styles and fits to find ones that fit well, were flattering, and comfortable. I have a mid-range band size with a large cup that makes it basically impossible to shop for bras at big box stores, but it was absolutely not a problem at Wildflower Intimates. They had 20+ bras for me to try. I walked out with two bras and a sports bra with another 5 bras added to my profile, so I can easily buy them when I’m back in the future. I’m already proselytizing to my friends about this place hahah. It was a wonderful experience, and I will definitely be back!

I’ve never felt better. I have never had a fitting. I’ve been wearing the wrong bra my entire life. I loved the very first bra I tried on. Grace was absolutely amazing. My back already feels so much better. To have the correct support is an amazing feeling.

We recently visited this store to purchase a mastectomy bra for my mom. Initially, the staff was helpful in assisting us with finding an option and placing the order. However, when we returned to pick it up, we had concerns about the fit of the bra. Rather than addressing the issue with care and professionalism, the manager remarked that my mom’s healthy breast was too small, which is why the bra wrinkled at the top. This comment was not only inappropriate, but incredibly insensitive especially given the deeply personal nature of this type of purchase. A more respectful and professional response would have been to acknowledge that the sizing may have been off, rather than commenting on my mom’s body in a hurtful way. We were also disappointed that a full refund wasn’t offered, even though the item was never taken home. While we accepted store credit as per policy, we felt rushed to choose something else on the spot. When my sister asked what options were available within that credit amount, the manager suggested a bralette, again, showing a lack of awareness, as my mom can’t wear that style with a prosthesis. For such a vulnerable and personal purchase, we expected more compassion, empathy, and tact. While the younger staff member was kind, and I originally thought the manager was as well, this experience highlighted the need for better training when assisting customers dealing with medical-related needs. I hope this store takes this situation seriously and works toward more thoughtful service in the future.

What a glorious experience I just had at Wildflower intimates! I really didn’t know what to expect - I thought we’d just be measuring & setting me up with a bra, but the experience was so much more than that! Grace was extremely knowledgeable and patient with all of the questions I had, and I left with a few beautiful bras. I’ll be back in person to buy more - gorgeous store, great tips and great service. I love how confident I feel (and no, this review wasn’t solicited at all & I don’t get anything for sharing my experience) - very satisfied!

I’ve been to Wildflower Intimates twice, once in May and then again in November. The store is so beautiful and comfortable! I had no idea what a bra fitting would entail but assumed I would be braless and had mentally prepared for that. But the owner Grace is a magician and literally looked at me wearing an old bra and could figure out EXACTLY what size I actually was. I was shocked at how off I was with the size I had been wearing (38DD to a 36FF). I also did not realize I had been wearing my bras wrong for the last oh 25+ years so you know that was pretty helpful information! Grace brought me a ton of different brands, fabrics, and styles to try. Both times I was in the store Grace was also helping other customers but I still felt like I got plenty of her time and assistance. Oh and the second time I came in I had already forgotten my correct size but thankfully it was saved in my profile so Grace could find it. She also pulled up what I had purchased so I could remember the brands I liked. I was impressed by how much new stuff there was when I came back. This is a really fantastic store that is body positive and supports all expressions of identity. So happy Wildflower Intimates opened in Fort Worth! I highly recommend folks stop by Grace’s store!

Fort Worth is so lucky to have this place! Grace was incredibly sweet and helpful, even staying late while we were finishing up. The range of sizes, styles, and colors was amazing! We had a fantastic time and I can’t wait to go back!

I had such a wonderful experience here! I walked in thinking I was one size and walked out in a COMPLETELY different one, mind blown. Augusta is absolutely fantastic at her job!
