Great location near downtown core and Pioneer Square and ferries. Established small business vibe vs. startup vibe of SLU. Gorgeous historic building, where Watson Kennedy store 2 is.
We've been at this WeWork since 2019. It's by far the most unique and interesting WeWork in Seattle. Old building, brick walls, high ceilings. Much nicer feel than a more traditional high-rise office environment. Cool open basement area with games and couches to lounge. The WeWork staff is always incredible. They feel like they're members on our own team. Highly recommend if you need office space.
I loved booking an office for a few days downtown in the Holyoke building. It was a very cute space, had everything I needed, and was very chill vibe wise. The folks working here are always helpful as well.
