Vuori is uniquely comfortable, sensory calming, earth-friendly brand/product. The store associates are incredibly helpful, very well aware of what they are selling and how to present it. Luka, Liz, and others demonstrated very good hospitality during my visit.

Cameron was very knowledgeable and helpful. Appreciate the great customer service and helping me pick the right products.

I recently had an amazing experience here, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Kevin, he was truly a joy to be around! It was my first time stepping into Vuori and from the moment I stepped in, he made me feel welcomed and taken care of. He helped me find exactly what I needed, and confidently recommended the DreamKnit fabric. I’m so glad I listened, it’s honestly one of the most comfortable things I’ve ever worn. No regrets at all! Kevin also explained Vuori’s awesome return policy, which made the whole shopping experience feel low-pressure and easy. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers, not just selling to them. Because of him, Vuori gained a lifetime customer. The rest of the team was amazing too. The person at the fitting room was super friendly. The associate at the register was just as kind, wrapping up the experience with a great attitude and a smile. All in all, it was a 10/10 visit. Vuori, you’ve got a dream team here, but Kevin truly made my day!

I usually never leave reviews, but I had such a great experience at Vuori Southlake that I had to share! From the moment I walked in, Kevin greeted me at the entrance and personally guided me through the store. I’ll admit, I’m a bit of an aggressive shopper 😂. I was moving around quickly, firing off questions, and tossing clothes his way, but Kevin kept calm the whole time. He answered everything, stayed on top of it all, and somehow made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare these days to get that level of personal attention, and I walked out not only with pieces I love for myself and my husband but also genuinely impressed by the service. Huge thanks to Kevin and the Southlake team for making this such a positive shopping trip! If you’re in the area, definitely stop by and say hi to them. They’re amazing people!

Great store and selection even beats my home location of Vegas! I Was immediately greeted by an associate named Tony, very professional, and very knowledgeable about the product helping me throughout my entire process making it quick and simple. As far as the clothing, yes it is a little bit expensive. However I’ll pay for the quality of the product. And being a person with sensitive skin…the workout performance shirts and joggers are amazing to where I don’t chafe during working out.

We visited this Vuori store yesterday and Anthony was amazing! He helped every step of the way and I had an issue with my online account and he did not hesitate to research it and fix the issue! They were all great and helpful even with my baby in tow that was cranky and crying! I will be back and cannot recommend this location enough.

We were already familiar with Vuori through REI, but this was our first time shopping in a Vuori store—and the experience exceeded our expectations. The store was organized, clean, and welcoming. What truly stood out, however, was Nicholas. From the moment we interacted with him, he was warm, professional, and genuinely engaged. He made us feel valued as customers, and created a checkout experience that felt personal rather than transactional. His friendly demeanor, and attention to detail are exactly what great customer service should look like. Nicholas left such a positive impression that he not only enhanced our shopping experience but also reinforced why we’ll continue to choose Vuori in the future. He is an outstanding representative of the brand.

My first purchase with Vuori was online. The items fit a little bigger than I anticipated so I went to the Southlake location to try another size. Unfortunately, they did not have the size I needed on the floor. Jazz was amazing, not only did she get me the size in another color from the back to try, (it fit much better) she sent a link to my email with the color and size to order online. So easy! Jazz is the best!

I stopped by Vuori today on Black Friday and was honestly surprised by how welcoming everyone was, even with how busy it was. A friend told me about the great vibes here and told me about a guy named Kevin and I actually met him at the register. She was right! Kevin was super friendly, didn’t try to hard sell anything, and even said, “Stop by and say hello, you don’t have to buy something every time.” That alone makes me want to come back. I'm going to be a new regular.
