Purchased Marriott eGift card from Daily Getaways, but did not receive it in the email. Only way to contact is by email. Emails never been replied. Have to file a dispute with mu credit card company. Avoid the Daily Getaways in the future.
I have emailed them with no answer. Bought a Daily Getaways for a free night at Omni, never received. Finally got a number from Omni. No rooms available in 2019. What a scam. They won’t answer my emails.
We are a web design company. Do you need a website for your business?
Absolutely great
Event Review: US Travel Association IPW 2026 (Fort Lauderdale) A Deepening Divide: How IPW’s Budget Cuts Are Shortchanging the Suppliers Funding the Show** As a 19-time attendee over the past 25 years, I have proudly invested tens of thousands of dollars to promote our brands, state, and country at the U.S. Travel Association’s (USTA) flagship inbound trade show. Unfortunately, IPW 2026 in Fort Lauderdale cemented a frustrating reality that has been building for nearly a decade: the event is aggressively cutting costs at the direct expense of the suppliers who fund it. The Post-2018 Decline in Networking Value The structural shift in how USTA views the supplier "partnership" began clearly in 2018. That was the first year suppliers were barred from joining buyers on ticketed city tours which was a short-sighted decision that eliminated critical, casual networking hours. Fast forward to 2026, and that divide has reached an unacceptable low point. At an event meant to foster connection, suppliers and buyers were physically segregated during lunch. While buyers were taken to a separate location, suppliers were left with a standard buffet on the convention floor or forced out onto the 90-degree plus, humid plaza of the Broward County Convention Center. When you are spending thousands of dollars to be in the room, being isolated from the very people you paid to meet defeats the core purpose of the conference. Logistical and Structural Failures in Fort Lauderdale Fort Lauderdale was easily one of the most ill-planned iterations of IPW in recent memory. The operational oversight was glaring, particularly regarding basic hospitality: Zero Short-Haul Transportation: Despite many host hotels being located within a single mile of the venue, no shuttle transportation was provided for those routes. Suppliers were left to walk to the convention center in business casual attire through brutal South Florida heat and humidity. Declining Buyer Quality: Beyond the familiar legacy faces we see every year, the overall quality and decision-making power of the new buyer delegation was distinctly underwhelming. The Bottom Line Trade shows succeed when both sides of the aisle find value. Right now, USTA is treating suppliers like open checkbooks while systematically stripping away the informal networking windows—tours, shared meals, and shared transit—that justify the high cost of admission. Numerous buyers echoed this disappointment, noting that the event felt disorganized and fractured. If IPW wants to maintain its status as the premier inbound marketplace, USTA must restore the balance of the partnership and stop cutting costs on the backs of its exhibitors.
I don’t feel safe traveling to the U.S. under this administration. As a European, the current political climate raises concerns about my safety and the country's openness to international .
