I have been a customer of Tyler's for several years and have always had a positive experience. I was in recently to make a return and brought the wrong receipt with me. Instead of telling me tough luck, the manager on duty spent almost 10 minutes looking through the system to locate my receipt for me. When I told him how much I appreciated his time and efforts, his response was "its my job." He even went so far as to print me a new copy of the receipt in case I had anything else I needed to return from that transaction. His level of customer service is one I have not experienced in a LONG time. It was so refreshing to see someone take an extra step to help a customer. His efforts made a huge impact on me and I will DEFINITELY be back!
I recently visited the TYLER'S Fort Worth location at WestBend while back in Texas, and it was hands-down the best TYLER'S experience I've ever had. Ashlyn was absolutely wonderful. What started as a conversation about T-shirts and fabric quality somehow turned into chatting about Texas, DFW, and how much I miss living here since moving to Alabama. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find exactly what I needed. They didn't have a size in stock, and she went above and beyond to order it for me and have it shipped to my home in AL. Seth was also very helpful in checking to make sure I was finding everything I needed. Ashlyn, though, was the icing on the cake. She embodied that sweet Southern hospitality that makes Texas feel like home. It's rare to find customer service that feels so genuine and personal. Because of her kindness and willingness to go the extra mile, I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in Fort Worth. Thank you, Ashlyn and Seth, for reminding me what great customer service looks like!

Great experience in kids shoes with Andrew. He was extremely kind and patient! Very knowledgeable about all the different shoe sizes even with some of the weirder seizing such as On Cloud and Birkenstock. Very helpful getting the perfect shoes!

This is a great store, went in to buy Goodr sunglasses, their swimsuit collection is great! They do cater to the younger generation but I saw a few things I liked: Z supply active wear was adorable!!!! (Pics attached) happy shopping!
