After earning a Mass Communications degree from Boston University, Jameson pursued his interest in textiles at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City, obtaining a degree in fashion design. In 1992, he entered the corporate fashion world, quickly rising to the position of Creative Director of apparel and uniform fabrics. In mid-1999, he founded Twisted Textiles, channeling his expertise and passion into creating distinctive handwoven textiles. His work has been showcased in solo exhibitions at venues such as Gallery VIII at the Southern Vermont Arts Center in Manchester, Vermont, and the Chaffee Arts Center in Rutland, Vermont. Additionally, Jameson has completed private commissions ranging from handheld textiles to large-scale wall hangings for clients in New York City and Vermont. Over the years, Twisted Textiles has been honored to participate in top craft shows across the country, including the American Craft Council's shows in Atlanta, Baltimore, Charlotte, Chicago, St. Paul, and San Francisco, CraftBoston, Paradise City Arts Festival, One of a Kind Chicago, and the prestigious Philadelphia Museum of Art Craft Show.
