The customer service is awesome. I sent an email through the contact form on the website. I didn’t think I would get a response. In less than 24 hours, Jessica the customer service representative, emailed me back and assisted me. I’ve ordered the stretch velvet. The quality was amazing. I will be ordering again.

Update: I’ll give 3 stars for the attempt to rectify the situation, however if an item is out of stock don’t send what you want. I needed a specific color. My first and last time ordering from them. First my fabric was cut in half(Red/Black Baroque). Second, they sent the wrong color in another order (should have been pink/black not ivory). Whoever packaged my order was very careless and I didn’t get any of what I paid for. Very disappointing and I need this corrected.

They seem to have nice options but I’d never purchase from them because the shop attendants follow you around in the store :/

Ms.Diana and her team were amazing in helping me and my daughter with purchasing the correct amount of Fabric at a very reasonable price. The MOST sketchy place I’ve ever bought from. Their website was down, had ordered once before which was equally dramatic had to drive to a convenience store to pick up my order. Diana told me to cash app, which I didn’t understand why cash app but I did it. I started to realize I never was never updated on tracking. So I’ve been inquiring for almost a week between emails, dms and phone calls to the store on an order I placed weeks ago. The girl on the phone has nothing but excuses. After reading other google reviews this clearly happens a lot. I’m now having cash app investigate to get my money back. It’s disgusting. I’ve worked in exotic Dancewear for 12 years and I will be sure to tell every one I sell wholesale too, my friends who own business to avoid this place at ALL costs. They are NOT the only place to shop. Ridiculous.

Please don't even think of going to this place for custom made clothing unless you are a 16 year old looking for sparkle. They are extremely expensive and the outfit they made, based on a picture I showed them was horrible. The only place I can wear the pants to is the gym. Diana saw how upset I was and didn't offer any solution to the problem. When I asked about having another pair of pants made she said they would be $300. She seemed not to care at all about how upset I was.

I really wanted to love this place. I made my first order with Diana fabrics. One of my items did not come. I contacted them via email and was told that they will send it out separately, it has now been 8 days I have emailed and have not gotten a response, I have no tracking info, and no information on timing. I have customers that are depending on me for a special day, I now have to explain the delay which is unprofessional.

I’m NEVER EVER ordering from here again. I ordered some fabric from here and my first package come successfully! I ordered for the second time and never received my package. I called to figure out why. I spoke with Jessica! She told me she sent the package to my billing address and not the address that I clearly listed as my shipping address. Instead of her owning up to the error she made up this story about them not shipping packages to a different addresses other than a billing address because of fraud. This is not a policy listed on their sign and it allows you to put a shipping and billing address. I’ve never heard of this with any e-commerce business! I asked to speak to a manager, she told me that a manager won’t be present until the next day. I called at least 6 times the next day and every time they said a manager wasn’t there. I called the finial time and Jessica answered she said that the manager just got in and she would have her call me back. I told her I would hold for the manager! Jessica came back to the phone and acted like the manager. I told her I wasn’t stupid and I need to speak with a manager. She begain to argue with me and I told her that I would leave them a google review if I didn’t speak with a manager. She said that I was threatening them and that they would call the police! For me to leave a view is my right to do as a customer! This is the WORST service I’ve ever received! She could have just apologized for sending my package to the wrong place and resent it to the shipping address I placed on my order! -IN RESPONSE TO THEIR RESPONSE! They do not have any policy on their website saying they only ship to billing address. Their site even lets you enter a separate shipping address from a billing address! Once I placed my order I never got an email or a phone call to notify me of this policy before they shipped it to a different address than I requested. I called multiple times and they were unwilling to address their error or allow me to speak to a manager. Jessica lied and made this policy up after she realized that she sent my package to the wrong address! Also, she uploaded my tracking number to their Instagram account! That is a big No No and has put me in danger because my address is attached to the tracking number! I NEED TO SPEAK TO THE OWNER ASAP

I purchased material for my maid of honor, bridesmaids and flower girl from Diana Fabric. I had been shopping around and even had someone in another store tell me they would beat their price but knew the moment I spoke with Vadim that I could trust him for an honest opinion and not just a sales pitch. I went right back to him and Diana Fabrics and am so glad I did. The store has a wide variety of fabrics, not like other stores that didn't but promise to "order" what I wanted. You are able to see what you are going to get on site because the material is there. Vadim was amazingly insightful and knew just the look I was trying to achieve. He was honest in his opinion when I asked him for it and did not try to agree with everything I said I liked just to make a sale. His suggestions were invaluable. When I looked at what he helped me achieve, I knew my vision had become a reality. He has a real talent and you can't go wrong at this store. MY #1 FABRIC STORE FROM NOW ON.
