Extremely friendly and helpful staff for a logistics company!
Anti gun company, was looking for a logistical solution for an upcoming project. Three way won't be included in my project bid.
Delivery went very well. FCFS but they unloaded quickly and even brought out signed ppwk when they finished
Excellent service, we have continued to drop and hook throughout these facilities for the last 2 years and are thorough impressed with the service and care they provide to routes
The Threeway crew came out 5/30 to 6-1 to uninstall a very large bulky baghouse. We had another bid from another rigger that Threeway did not know of, but they came in under on the bid with a more cost effective/creative way to resolve the challenges to dismantle the baghouse. Their team was very determined and focused on the job. They also were very aware of the safety needed and cordoned off the area without request. The job was completed before the original time frame given. Also, on top of that they were able to install a section of ducting that had blown down from a recent storm. (That job also was less that the bid acquired by another vendor.) The truck(s) were to be scheduled later in the future as it was not known when they were needed in their new location. The next day, I received a call from my maintenance supervisor. The truck was here to pick up the load. Threeway was able to jump on the call without hesitation and was able to load the truck. A second truck was needed to complete the move. The next Tuesday, I contacted our shippers and the Trucking company, who told me it would be Thursday or Friday before the truck would show. Tuesday Dax called me to see when the next truck was to arrive, I relayed the information. Tuesday afternoon the truck arrived. I called Threeway back to see if there was any chance that they could load the truck. Dax arranged for his team to come out that day! They arrived in the afternoon with enough time to load the remaining items on the truck. I have had good customer service in the past. But, I have not been more pleased with ANY customer service. Threeway has gone above and beyond the call. And it is well appreciated. Thank you, Bob
They rejected my submission twice, but eventually accepted it. They were rude and despotic staff with no empathy for the time they made me waste, as well as making me change platforms twice as well.
Main reason for the review is because I couldn’t use the restroom. I was told because of Covid even though I happily wore mask in. When you got to go, you got to go. Now if you don’t know now you know. People were great and unload was quick when it started.
