The Wren’s Nest is my favorite shop in Overton Square and the owner is the nicest person. She has helped me with the best creative ideas. And, she is great in introducing me to all the new arrivals. I’m over the moon when I’m there.
I just want to share my experience because the customer service here has been extremely disappointing. Communication is poor, staff seem unbothered about resolving issues, and I’ve left feeling frustrated instead of valued as a customer. It’s clear that customer care is not a priority at this business, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others until serious improvements are made.
