Wow, I was absolutely blown away by my experience at The Refined Co. This was my first microneedling treatment, and Stephanie made the entire experience feel easy, comfortable, and virtually painless. She took great care to ensure I was fully numbed before the treatment, thoroughly explained all pre- and post-care instructions, and even sent me home with samples to support the healing process. What impressed me most was her level of care afterward—she checked in with me daily to make sure I was healing well and to answer any questions I had. Stephanie is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about her patients. If I could give her 10 stars, I would!
Stephanie was great. I wanted lip filler and was a little hesitant but right away she made me feel very comfortable. She explained the process, was very knowledgeable and reassuring and kept very attentive the entire time. I am one week in and have had minimal bruising only a bit of redness. My lips are smooth and supple, plump and symmetrical, just the way I wanted them. Can’t wait for my two week follow up.

This is my second visit with Stephanie. I’m very satisfied.
