I called Mr. Jacobs with a legal problem regarding my LLC. In the end it wasn't something that fell under his umbrella but he still spent quite a bit of time listening, giving me advice, and suggesting some names of other lawyers that might be a better fit for my issue. I was very impressed with his knowledge and kindness.
I called and the receptionist said "ok" and hanged on me half way through my sentence. Maybe because I have a Spanish accent? Not sure. How can you be a receptionist and not have basic phone etiquette? That is beyond me. Even my 5 year old nephew can end a call properly.
I contacted TJL about a contract dispute. I was responded to instantly. An extremely well written response on my companys behalf was sent to all parties involved and my issues were resolved. I was constantly updated through the entire process. I can't recommend enough!
