I absolutely love The Fresh Market. Living and working in the area, I am in this store at least 2-3 times a week, the cashier's are always friendly and there is rarely a wait to check out. I love the wine tastings they have there often. I really love their Deli. Is it expensive? Sure, but it is not selling generic and unhealthy items. You pay for higher quality, simple as that. Their deli items are very comparably priced as are their meats and fresh vegetables. Their Bakery.. well its sinful. :)
We like to shop at FM. They could use more diversified product selections. It seems they run out of some of their good items a lot too. But the team is great.

I'm a frequent shopper of this Fresh Market and had a small hiccup that got rectified immediately. The store manager Greg went above and beyond to show what true customer service is about. I was blown away. Thank you for your kindness and willingness to fix an issue that likely wasn't your stores fault. Not only that but when I walked in he was on a ladder cleaning the top of the deli cases and taking care of odd and end jobs. A true hands on manager with a genuine willingness to make his customers happy! There should be more people like you in this business.
visited 6/4/2026, no one was wearing gloves while preparing the Thursday special meal deals. i was pretty surprised, no one over seeing this dept. just sloppy. they had sides in a row the asian noodles had beans in it from the other container the was ahead of it. at least place sides in a order that your not dropping the other side in it, no attention to detail. other sides had other sides mixed in because of that. The most popular side are usually out by 3pm. I expect a better standard from fresh Market. now there's competition from Whole foods , you really need to up your operation.
Honestly best store in town! Always so clean with the best products. Madeline was so helpful on my last trip when I was looking for something really specific for a new recipe. Hands down my go to place to shop!

I ordered flowers for mother's Day for my wife and mother. I live in Atlanta and I was not there to hand deliver. I ordered a total of 4 bouquets earlier in the week and they sent one of the bouquets already dying another was the wrong color and it should have been 2 of them but only one was delivered. In all, only 1 of the bouquets was correct, 1 was dying, 1 was the wrong color and I never got the 4th. And they are the ones that sent me the advertisement for their services. I will never use this store again and now I have to try and find an alternate on mother's Day.
The staff here are fantastic! Very friendly and they made sure to make it right when we bought some seafood that wasn’t good. Tonya and Nancy in particular helped us with our refund and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. That made all the difference in deciding whether we’d shop here again. We’ll be back!
I'm not a meat eater but I always find fresh vegan foods to purchase, good variety of other food products. Love the cheese section.
