Cute little store with all the school uniforms you need, they have great prices and friendly staff. They make sure to have the child try on the clothes to ensure everything fits. They do the embroidery and ironing on themselves.
Everyone was very helpful in getting our order completed in such a short time frame. Ms.Tammye, Owner/Manager and staff took all the complicated issues & helped make our Polo shirt event a success. Our members were able to get the exact color/style they desired and the shirts were excellent quality. We highly recommend The Apparel Store.
There was an error in my order. I ordered a medium hoodie and they sent me a large. I contacted the company on three different occasions. They kept letting me know that they would resolve this issue but they never did. Highly highly disappointed in false promises of resolution. You guys really have to do better
I’ve been in communication with this store. I placed my daughter school order July 21. The last 3 weeks I have got the run around about my order. I was told that my order would be complete on the 18 and shipped out on the 19. Then I emailed again I was the 20 something. It is now 27 still no school uniforms. And school about to be in a month. If you can produce the work in a timely manner don’t accept the orders. Now I receive an email stating they had some setback. How when my order should’ve been on the way to me on the 19.
Excellent service! We were in and out in under five minutes. The staff was professional, and the shirts turned out great. I’ll definitely be ordering from this company again! Everyone working the counter was great !!!!!!!
I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received and would give zero stars if possible. The company's communication is painfully slow, and they never answer phone calls. To make matters worse, they botched my order by sending incorrect sizes. When I inquired about the mistake, the only explanation offered was that they're extremely busy and experiencing backorders. While I understand that businesses can get busy, it's no excuse for poor communication and inability to fulfill orders in a timely manner. If they can't keep up with demand, they should consider implementing a cutoff or improving their processes to avoid frustrating customers like me.
Customer service is definitely zero stars. I placed an order last school year & 1 of the items I ordered was a school hoodie for my youngest child. It was the only thing that wasn’t already made. I never got a call or email to pick it up. I had honestly forgotten about it until my child brought it up. When I called the shop, I was told that it basically didn’t matter. They don’t call you when your order is ready, you have 30days to pick it up, and they have switched systems so they don’t know if they sent me an email to alert me that my order was ready (shocker, they didn’t). But they won’t do anything about it basically. I’m pretty sure they could pull a physical copy of the receipt to show I never got it. But they will never get another red cent from me & I’ll definitely be letting all the other parents at the school know not to deal with them either.
The engraving starts to pull off before the kids wear it. Also I have a different size than the one I choose. Not happy
