Horrible experience. Extremely Unorganized. Bad customer service. Today was my wife birthday and she wanted to eat clean food. We placed our order at 2:20pm and every 10 mins they would come and retake our order. They would blame each other and go back and forth with each other instead of making sure the mistake was corrected. At 3:00pm they took our order again still playing the blame game. When I walked in a woman was upset asking for her money back and explaining how she only had 7 mins left on her hour break. What really upset me was that the owner was sitting there the whole time laughing watching videos on the computer not caring about the many upset customers. My wife cried in the car because she really wanted the food but refused to be treated like this. They don't care about the people at all. We will NEVER support businesses like this. I will let all my Jacksonville family know on Social Media as well.
Went for lunch and they were closed. Googled them online, phone was disconnected. Found a second number which was a Google voice it rings a few times then disconnect. Google mapped to new location, it led me to the food court of regency mall. Wasn't going to walk the whole mall looking for them I just stopped by the food court for lunch. First mind was to go to tropical smoothie. Smh they need to be in too of updating their marketing.
As soon as you walk in you're greeted "Welcome Home" and believe me when I say this vegan spot feels just like that ... home. Before I got a bite of my food and sip of my smoothie, the energy and vibe can't go unnoticed or unaccounted for. I tried the pineal gland smoothie which is similar to a pina colda taste (it was BOMB) and the mock chicken wrap with yum yum sauce ... perfect duo. Definitely will be back again to try other menu bites.
Very chill spot! Exceeded my expectations in every way. The alkaline red velvet cake was moist, tasty and definitely worth the purchase. Great place to enjoy a smoothie,good vibes, and music to soothe the soul.
This cafe is DELICIOUS and healthy... Not the "good for healthy food." This food is amazing and it's an added bonus that it's healthy. I'm so happy there's a delectable vegan restaurant I can support. You don't want to miss this gem.
The food is good, but my complaint is that first, I placed an order for a mock chicken wrap that I was charged $11.99 for, and on their menu it's $10.99. Secondly, I was charged a tip, and 18% at that. When I asked the cashier why she charged me a tip, she said "That's what they want us to do". I wasn't sitting down being served, I drove there to pick up my order, and as a customer, I have the right to choose whether or not I tip a server and whatever percentage I choose to them, but I believe it is illegal for a cashier, waiter, or waitress to add a tip to a customer's bill. Ultimately. I feel that unethical practices outweigh good food.
Repeated customer. The atmosphere, the staff and the food are awesome. TeaPosh has made me aware that, eating clean can be good. I believe everyone should stop in to learn about the Herbal Tea's and products that can help clean and heal your body. The food here is so good. The mock chicken, jerk mushrooms, loaded fries smoothies and more, however it's not your average ingredients. Hence the word natural in the Name. But Natural is So good. They are a must try. Sometimes it's busy, that's because this place is the truth.
Great selection and the food is awesome. I sat for a while and spoke with folks as they ordered. The mock chicken was extremely popular and when I tasted it I knew why. On previous visits I had the Salmon but the mock chicken wrap is a winner!
Wow, today I visited Tea Posh with no knowledge of their menu other than a few people recommending Tea Posh. I was so impressed with my smoothie which was no longer on the menu yet they still made it also ordered the chicken mock which was FANTASTIC. One of the best m also I’ve had in a long time.
The best!!! I'm going vegan and I thought this lifestyle would be very hard..oh my goodness her food is amazing !! I bought four salads in one day the smoothies are soooooo good..I'm addicted!! When my kids ate the salad and they hate veggies
