My experience is more than I can ever think , do or say. The Truth is Stranger than Fiction. I guess you could say, I got every metaphorical PhD in all life' s tradgedy. But through it all, I can't complain, because my faith in God has led the way. From the pinacle to the pit... and even if i am by myself, My precious Lord, never left!
I spoke with Spencer and she helped me with my desktop being blown up with pop up ads. I was so thankful when Spencer got my desktop up and functioning properly.
The team responded to my request for help almost immediately. They worked with me until they understood the issue and then got it resolved. So friendly and nice to work with.
In my three years of working with TeamLogic, they have always responded promptly and taken the time to help us fully understand the problem and the solution, no matter how big or small the request.
We recently switched to the TeamLogic IT team and we are thrilled with the service we have received so far. Jazz and Geoffrey were very through and quick with their responses to our tickets. We are excited to have them on our team for our IT needs.
Spencer has been an absolute life saver for me at my new job. She is so friendly, professional, and capable, I don't even feel like 5 stars is enough to describe how amazing she has been. I can't recommend her or this company enough.
Jazz is amazing at what he does. Anytime we have an IT issue, he is quick to jump in and get it resolved. He is professional, responsive, and always pleasant to work with. His positive energy and strong work ethic make him stand out. He’s definitely a breath of fresh air.
What can I say, This company goes above and beyond. It doesn't matter what day, time, they are always there with the support I need to do my job as a Maintenance Director in a Nursing and Rehab Center. I don't do good with computers and IT problems. Since they came on board, there's no situation or problems they cant fix. They work as a team to provide good customer service, they are very well experienced in the field. All of them are good, but I need to recognize Geoff in specific as my main computer guru. I have known him for 9 years now and every time I come up with a problem, he gets the job done. Also he understands my Spanglish 😂. I have met the owner of the company and you can tell that his focus and vision is about having a working family that helps each other to provide excellence and getting results in helping businesses and even on a personal level. I trust them and know that they got my back and they are there for when I need them the most. They are expanding super fast because the great job they do. Don't hesitate to reach out!
