First they will send you on pickup without scheduled appointment and after waiting at least 5h to get loaded you will deliver the load and request detention. They will be ignoring you whole day on your request and at the end of the day when you already left they will say sorry we was so busy please provide the drivers log, next morning I sent the logs and they rejected the detention because now they closed the load. They not value the drivers time and wanna scam you and avoid paying you what you deserved. I would rate them 0 or minus stars if possible.
Carriers, don't book a load with David. I booked load with him, check in at shipper in Laredo, TX. They didn't have load in yard, Loader said this shipment will be canceled because we don't have this load. But David said wait there at customer they have the load. In mean time David post this load again. If you don't have loadwhy you post again? May be booked another carrier for next day,and hold the another truck for day,and pay nothing. I didn't cancel the truck and stay at customer to gave him good service, i had another option with batter ravenou. He didn't care about trucker time. He play games. At the end of the day. He offers $150. When I call to talk about David hang my call. And never answer again. Will never work for this company again.
TCM Logistics was a pleasure to work with. We had a HUGE (over 40K pounds that came on a 53' semi) amount of pumpkins donated to our farm through TCM Logistics, and David, our dispatch coordinator, was attentive and updated us throughout the day as our delivery approached. He also checking in during the delivery to make sure that everything was running smoothly. It was a great experience overall, and we would definitely recommend them for your transportation needs!
These guys did an amazing job for us! Great communication from start to finish! Load picked up and del on time, provided real time tracking, amazing work! Would definitely use again!
PLS. DO NOT BOOK LOADS WITH THEM. THEY ARE NOT PAYING CARRIERS. ITS BEEN MORE THAN 8 MONTHS THEY HAVE NOT PAID FOR THE LOAD AFTER FOLLOWING UP MILLION TIMES.
