Tried calling them about one of their professional semi drivers using his phone while he was driving. They never returned my call nor followed up about the wreck-less behavior of their driver. Then I come to their Google and notice not just me but a lot of people have seen their drivers on their phones. Negligence as a company is going to get people killed. Your drivers are not safe, have 0 care, and as a company you should be held liable due to your negligence and inability to handle the problems at hand. Totally pathetic.
One of your drivers has been sitting across the street from my house for hours gawking in my kitchen window every time I go In my kitchen . I’m guessing there on a layover And parked in a residential neighborhood near a public park In Missouri. The same truck driver still parked at the park, but he parks on the west side of the park and there is a sign that clearly states NO THRU trucks!
My Husband works for TA Dedicated and after over 30 yrs of incident free driving he was Grounded today after he missed 2 of his safety tests online! REALLY!!! It is an absolute disgrace and it was due to the system messing up that he couldn't take them, and instead of getting with Infite 1 and trying to resolve the matter they just GROUNDED him! This Company can't even tell him how many days of Vacation he has, and cannot keep drivers they would rather take an EXCELLENT Driver off the road!!
515792 reckless entitlement driving. White Oak/Diehl Rd blows stop sign. Entrance to 88/Diehl blows red arrow stopping oncoming. On 88 changes lanes then immediately changes back. Has signal on as car approaches other lane expecting to be let in miles before exit.
Safety is a complete joke. They don't give you a hard copy of their policies. Fire you out of the blue for no reason and when you call to request a written reason why you were let go and a hard copy of the handbook they transfer you to somebody not even in hr and then say they are going to transfer you somebody's voice mail in hr and then just hang up on you. Complete joke and unprofessional company. They tell you in orientation that they know they wouldn't have a job if it wasn't for their drivers. Too bad that is a total lie. Stay away from this company.

Racism still exists in this day and age. When you allow a Caucasian dispatcher to openly show favoritism to Caucasian employees, there becomes an issue.
It's a great job with great people but the physical labor for a man my age was a bit too much for me. I found out that I'm not 25 anymore.
One of the hand down best places to be got let go but actually loved what I did thankful miss Karen mister Brett for allowing me a chance thank you TA
