I had a very disappointing experience with attorney Pratyusha. Once my immigration process was completed, my Green Card was lost and im outside USA, I reached out multiple times for guidance, but instead of receiving support, I was told very rudely that they do not communicate by text or email after the Green Card approved. It's just not a great experience if your struggling for something they wear so ignored. As a client dealing with a stressful immigration situation, I expected professional advice and clear communication. Instead, I felt ignored and left to figure everything out on my own. The lack of empathy, poor communication, and unwillingness to help after the case left me extremely frustrated. I would not recommend this attorney to anyone who expects reliable support when unexpected issues arise.
