The womans bathroom was disgusting. It stunk and had dry pee all over the toilet and floor like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. The tables were dirty and it wasn’t even any one there. Not sure why it couldn’t be cleaned. The two young women there weren’t exactly rude but for some reason they made my fiancé pay before my order was even done and then tried to debate on if they should give me an extra scoop when I asked for it. Then they tried to tell me this is a one time thing, next time they will charge me. Maybe don’t make someone pay before they are done ordering?? Because I never have a problem paying for an extra scoop AFTER i’m done ordering. Do better 🙂

I want to thank the woman who works here often (I’m sorry, I forgot to check the name tag!) for providing some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Her smile, positive energy, and amazing memory always make my day a little brighter 😊
It's ok. It's subway. It was in the news and I thought to myself, I haven't been there in a while. It wasn't bad but I think I've outgrown it since the last time I had it.
I come into this location regularly. The customer service is pretty bad. I feel most the time the worker doesn't understand me. I do believe its a language barrier which is fine. More often than not they are out of breakfast eggs which is fine but when I call to find out their stock they refuse to answer the phone. I will then walk to the store and be calling as I'm approaching the door with no customers and they still refuse to answer the phone. So I waste my time walking there. There is also no way to call if you have an issue with your order. I asked the owner for corporates numerous and refused to give it to me
Visited the Subway to take away dinner. Ms.Bavathy, a part time Computer engineering student made my supper delightful and she guided me to choose the right food suitable for me. I always love Subway.
Friendly and quick service at this location: I tried the bowl for the first time and it was delicious,a bit overpriced though.
This is easily the cleanest, most well kept subway I’ve ever been to! If you want pleasant conversation with the staff while your bread toasts, this place ain’t it. If you want a delicious sandwich with everything you asked for ; made fast? This is SOOOO your place!
Food is way overated and completely out of the price range it should be !!! I am done forever with your high overprised sandwich and when other people wake up they will bankrupt you for the obvious reason. You company SUCKS !!!
One of the better Subways in downtown Kansas City. Always clean and friendly service.
