They always make the sandwiches look like the menu!
The location is convenient and one of the only places around the area to get food if you are at the hospital, but they really are cheap with the amount of stuff they put on your sandwich. You pretty much get a loaf of bread with toppings and not a true sandwich. And if you ask or more of something, they will give you say three more olive slices, or an extra piece of green pepper.
The cash register at this location was frozen and not working today after I had ordered my sandwich and was waiting to pay for it. The team at the store did not know how to fix it, and said it happens from time to time. Whoever owns this franchise should have a better back up plan. I left....without the sandwich. Goodbye Subway.
One worker here was very hard to hear and very rude to me. Everyone else seemed fine but her customer service was terrible. Mixed my sandwiches up and didn't give me my change. Just why, why ya gotta be that way? Literally gave her no reason to be that way.
They were out of multiple things including one of the breads, steak, tomatoes, and some sauces. The place was really messy and disorganized. There was only one person working during a lunch rush. I would recommend going to another subway nearby, they are usually appropriately staffed and have everything. This was also one of the worse subway sandwiches I've ever purchased.
Subway is known to be consistent but feel this place is lacking that most basic of features. Employees make sandwiches however they want disregarding " light " and " heavy " suggestions on toppings. Your sandwich never really comes out the way you want it to which is sad. P.S. dont try to use coupons here they will not accept them and will throw away an already made sandwich just to spite the guest!
Restroom not available to customers. This wouldn't matter so much if this weren't Seattle, where it's so hard to find a restroom in the first place. Worker was impolite, because politeness would've been letting a customer use the restroom.
I ordered The Great Garlic. I was expecting " crispy bacon" . What I got was uncooked bacon. I went to return it. The one who i think is the manager started arguing that it is how it is supposed to be. Uncooked. I tried to show him the description. And picture from Subway website - where you can see clearly the bacon is cooked and crispy..Really bad experience all around.
Don’t do an online order I asked for extra but they did the opposite completely skimped on both of our sandwiches. Rude customer service too she threw the bag at me when I went in to pick it up.
DO NOT go to this place unless you plan on not getting what you're asking for. All I wanted was some extra veggies and instead the lady just wanted to argue and even showed me the formula chart. I was a manager for Subway for over 3 years. Yes we go by the formula chart, but when a customer wants more veggies we give it to them. It was a veggie sandwich so it lacks anything filling more veggies is always nice. I wanted more then 3 onions at a time..I think I got 9 slices total after her poor customer service skills and having to ask for the gentleman to help me instead as she walked off saying she was going to charge me for more veggies.. never again at this location.
