Streamline Energy Solutions

Everyone sent out from this company to my home were professional, knowledgeable, and willing to work a job that I consider awful. We bought our house a year ago and noticed quickly that the addition on the back side of the home was always hard to maintain temperature. Now it's only been a week since the work was completed, but so far the temperature throughout the home has been more consistent. Very happy customer and have already recommended to family.

In June 2021 we had insulation added, gaps sealed, baffles added, and a solar attic fan installed. I have no complaints about the initial discussion or the actual performance of the work. But the anticipated energy savings (predicted to average around $80 a month) just aren't happening. My power bills have not had any noticeable decline compared to months with similar weather the previous year; in fact, they're up. I guess we could be setting our thermostat a little lower this year or something, but I can't think of anything that ought to be big enough to offset the expected savings by that much. I can tell an improvement in how hot the bedroom closet was where the attic access is, so I know there's been some improvement, but I don't think it will ever be enough to pay for itself. Great experience with Chris. He explained everything clearly and was very efficient in scheduling the work to be done. The two technician s that did the work also very good at what they were doing. They answered any questions I had and we're done with the job very quickly.

Our experience with Streamline. First off the initial contact July 13 2020 that came out to our home was amazing, Daniel, thank you. This was an exciting opportunity to upgrade our home in more then one way and be able to help us do our part in reducing our carbon footprint. On the install day July 17 2020, 3 young men came to our home on time to start the work. I took 1 of the young men which I assume was the lead, upstairs to show him where the attic access was (in my roommates bedroom) in the closet. I asked him should we cover the furniture up. He said that’s not necessary the mess will be contained inside the closet. I said ok. (We did cover the bed anyways) good thing we did. They got to work right away. Not 10 minutes into the work we had an issue. The tub that had their tools in that they brought up to the bedroom where the attic access was located had a cans of the foam to fill the leaks, 1 exploded inside. Well when they opened it, foam went everywhere. Got on several pieces of luggage that where off the the side, 2 pieces of furniture, and a picture on the wall. Ok, was told it will come off when done drying. Ok, well that was not the case. Yes, the big chunks of foam came off. There was still residue on the items that required a solution to take the rest off. Ok, they did that. If anything was left after that, try soap and water. Well there is still marks on all the items. When it was time to run the tube up to the upstairs to blow in the new installation, they had the tube on top of my plants in my front flower bed, literally smashing my plants. I had to go move it myself so my plants wouldn’t be ruined. There was plenty of space for it to run without causing harm to my plants. An installer asked if he could use the restroom. Of course, not a problem. Well when I went in later there was a filthy handprint on my freshly painted bathroom wall, water all over my vanity, dirt all over my floor. 1 of the installers when coming out of the bedroom to bring some things down stairs to take out to their truck, knocked one of my art pieces off the wall. Thank goodness I was able to fix it myself. Found one of my flower pots knocked over out front. No one even told me they knocked it over, just simply put it back with lots of the dirt still on the ground out of the pot from them knocking it over. When it was time for them to do the clean up. They brought in the vacuum to clean. Well me they where done I was like this is still filthy! They asked if I wanted them to run it again and I said yes. They did. However when they vacuumed the entry way, the vacuum blew insulation into my dinning room. I assume they ran outta time since they asked me if I minded cleaning the rest of the mess up myself. Furthermore I have foam on my railing to the upstairs, foam on 2 doorknobs that I still need to get off. Lastly after they left I found trash they left from unpacking the solar fan we had installed. So...obviously our experience with the installers was not good. They lack training in being able to go into someone’s else’s home and be respectful to peoples property. JC

They were honest, professional and efficient. They did exactly what they said they were going to do within the price range they originally quoted. They walked us through the entire process and answered questions all hours of the day. If anyone is considering insulating their home this is the company to use. We can already tell a difference!

We really enjoyed working with Jordan. He really knows a lot about the product and the savings it can provide for a household. We already notice a difference in our house and are really glad we decided to proceed with the installation.

I am extremely pleased with Streamline. The customer service was amazing. They were professional, quick, nice to talk to and everything was a great price. I would recommend them to anyone. They also will price match if you find another company doing the exact same thing for a cheaper price.
