Terrible hosts!!!! Be careful. I left a bad review on Air BnB about my check in process because I was given check in info on the day of check-in, however, upon arrival we could not access the property. I called the host who informed me I needed to pay an additional 300 deposit on a separate platform in order to get a code to the door. The host hung up in my face when I asked for a refund. I called Air BnB support who advised me not to pay the deposit, but they were not offering a quick refund or solution. I ended up paying the deposit because 4 hours passed with no resolution. Upon check out, they gave me a 5 star review stating we left the house tidy and followed house rules. After receiving my review of 2 stars, the host called and threatened me stating that if I didn’t take my review down they could not give my deposit. I reported this harassment to Air BnB. The host then sent a message stating we damaged property which we did not. So they kept the deposit. They continued to call me stating that a solution would be to remove my review. I told them to stop contacting me and do everything through the Air BnB platform. Next they requested an additional 388 on top of my deposit stating that the cost to replace the lock exceeded the 300 deposit. They even went so far as to delete message from our message thread to attempt to hide things said. Stellar Stay hosts are completely unprofessional and vindictive. Be careful when staying with them.

Traveling for work can make it a bit stressful when it comes to staying in different places frequently. Stellar stays was an amazing company to work with and was able to find us a short term rental that suited all our needs and more.

I am a traveling nurse and it can be very stressful finding a place for me and my 2 kids when we get relocated. When we came to San Diego, the Stellar Stays team were so helpful from start to finish! They found me the perfect home with all the amenities we could ask with little to no work on my end! I can't thank you guys enough and will be calling you again in the future when we come back.
