My 14 yo has Celiac Disease , she doesn't drink Starbucks unfortunately because of the gluten cross contamination issues, she misses being able to order winter drinks with the HOLIDAY Pattern cups! Shout out to Austin behind the counter who kindly gave my daughter a couple of the new holiday cups so she can use with her own hot coco. Little things like this help eease the social transition for Celiacs! Thank you Austin for caring!
Staff is great, but just got a Hot Chocolate, it was so gross. I think they forgot the chocolate. For 4.75 plus $1 tip, you'd think they could get it right

Waited 25 min for scones 7 people served before me. I asked if they were coming and was quickly told I just got a water. I know there are people that just get a water at starbucks but my cup said 4 items. Paid cash got weird change had a fussy autistic child. Instead of fighting over the $3 I’m here saying you messed up.
It was the only coffee shop open on the day my wife and I went strolling about the area. They were practically impossible to find, and just when we were about to give up and wither away from tea deprivation there it was, like a shining beacon of rampant commercialism! Needless to say we survived the ordeal. I honestly cannot remember how the service was. I'm assuming it must have been okay because I didn't then nor do I now harbor any ill will to the staff.

Ordered 2 Java-chip fraps and some red velvet loaf for me and my Girlfriend really early after daylight savings shift, and even though they had a lot of busy customers who were just not ready for the longer day, they got our order to us quickly and made some excellent drinks.
Starbucks HATES diabetes. 😭😭😭 I normally go to Dutch Bros, but of course not available, I asked for a sugar free blended drink and was told that they could only properly blend a drink (no 'chunky' ice) if it is created with their EXTREMELY SUGARED BASE BLENDS.
Truly the gem of everyone's work day. Apparently this is the busiest Starbucks in Portland, too, which is impressive. Everyone missed the staff while this location was closed due to COVID and are so happy to have them back!!
Upbeat staff in an upbeat location! Every time my service dog and I visit the VA hospital for an appointment we cross the sky bridge for the pleasure of a hot coffee at our favorite Starbucks in town!
