This agency promised that the bill will be less when compared to PSEg but when the bill arrived the rate was dpible than PSEg even for the second month bill cycle, when called the customer service the service was much worse than bill, they blame customer for their false promises

What a pile of you know what, sign a contract which I can not break without being penalized but now the rate goes up and I receive a letter saying we do not want to supply you anymore even though i have 7 months left on the contract. Real class act
They misguided me. One of their sales guy came at home and said if u choose star energy your bill goes down. But next month my bill is just double. I will never recommend.
Negative review if it was posible. This company has scammed several businesses here in Hopatcong nj. This is an incompetent, fraudulent company! They proposed a service they had no ability to implement and instead ended up leaving the central AC unit inoperable, damaged expensive parts, controller and motor burnt, cut wires, jumped out fuses etc. They deliberately mislead and take advantage of customers, stealing and costing $ to even get the unit back how it was. Stay away!!! They will be sued for sure
