We’ve had solar from this company for over a year. The first 7 months or more of having the solar they were not working. It took 7 months of contacting them to fix it to get it fixed it. Now fast forward to now. My electric bills have only be a 20 dollar difference. I contacted clay county electric to see if they knew anything. Upon arriving at my home they said first of all the solar were on the wrong side of the home. He timed it and showed me the data and told me that my solar was only producing 20 percent of what it should be producing if it was facing the right direction. I am forced to take legal action because the owners Will said I’d have to pay them 1,300 to move them. Which is breaching the contract. Find another solar company if you want them done.
Has not followed thru with anything that we were told been waiting over 10 weeks for them to contact us, we even had tree's taken down because Wayne told us the trees needed to go, I have been texting him and have not heard from him since May 14th 5:56 pm he told us he would hav an installation date by Wednesday May 17th but again no call or Text at this point he has all our personal information and we really have no choice but to get an Attorney for help with this mess.
