Didn’t solicit any service from them, but my roommate had a flat tire in the middle of downtown denver. we didn’t get his name....but he is driving the car #318 this morning (4/1) and we were stared and at and slowly drove by for about 20 mins, he stopped and helped and it was done in less than 10, and then even refused our money! The world needs more people like that guy! And if you see this thank you again!!!
We have been a client since the beginning. This was not an accident, having watched Rich excel as a PM on past projects of ours. In short, Snyder Building lives by the saying "Do what you say and say what you do"! The team is responsive, timely and professional. I could not recommend a general contractor more highly.
Had an issue with with a driver but they corrected the situation promptly and where receptive of the issue in lest than 24 hrs.
Of our many locations across the country, Denver was definitely the most challenging market to build. Snyder was able to navigate this process for us and get the job done on time and on budget.
My architect recommended Snyder Construction to me. Everyone at Snyder was a pleasure to work with. They were reliable and did a high quality job from quote to completion. I will use them again.
The crew was very transparent and professional through preconstruction and great with communication through the meat of the project to close. Would definitely use Snyder Building again and recommend them to any developer.
