HORRIBLE. Had a scheduled appointment at 3:00 showed up at 3:33 and made me reschedule?? are you kidding me??? Ended up having to go to urgent care instead. Plus, the lady at the pharmacy always has an attitude.. idk why shes always rude.

I made an appointment on 10.28.24 and went there exactly on time. They canceled the appointment within seconds. I went all the way from 50 miles for the appointment and was sick. They couldn't able to help students during needs. It's unfair, and unacceptable. SWC needs to change their policy and help students when in need.

I Love this place, to do my HW. Have been doing my HW here since 2015. I always had a good experience. However this Spring semester a chunky Asian lady came up to me and asked me to get out bcz I was receiving a call. However everyone else including the front desk people were speaking and laughing very loudly and she only came to tell me. I stepped out to the area were the pharmacy is at, and she followed me and asked me again to leave the building bcz I could not be using the phone there. It really made me feel unwelcome. She didn't even ask nicely both times occurred one after another, and she used a tone of voice that was really authoritative in addition to her facial expressions. The lady looked upset like if I had done something horrible. I didn't see any signs at the door that said we could not take a phone call. I'm unsure why they keep workers who are so rood to students there. I could see in the comments there is another person who had issues with this same lady.

Some of the staff seem a bit cold, but they're good at their jobs. The doctors and educators I've met with are super kind and understanding! I was worried they might not be very professional, but the center is honestly better than the one I go to back home! They offer a lot of services for no or low cost; definitely use it if you're an SJSU student!!

Very rude people. Do not accommodate at all. I was having an allergic reaction and I was 15 mins late. They made me reschedule. The ladies at the front fest are completely unreasonable. This is worst then urgent care.

THEY WILL KICK YOU OUT. I was trying to study here but there was no available charging dock because everything was occupied. Then, some chubby Asian lady with glasses told me to get out because I was using the charging dock right next to the chair with the sign "Peer Health Educators only". I explained there's no other docks, but she said she doesn't care and literally waited until I got up and left - I wasn't even sitting down! SHE KICKED ME OUT! So much for feeling safe and welcome in the Wellness Center.

Newly built wellness center. Everything is so clean and high tech here. The staff is very welcoming, helpful and approachable. It's truly a wellness center. I wish this building was here when I studied at sjsu.

Friendly and helpful staff made my first visit painless and easy. I was clueless and they took the time to explain everything and work with me when things were complicated.
