This is the most poorly managed company I have ever worked with. Everyone from their linkers to their admin to the owner is wildly incompetent and unprofessional. I highly advise you do not partner with them and do not waste your money with their cheap supplies. They do not listen to complaints or do anything to make things right when their bracelets fall apart and tarnish. There is nothing permanent about them.
On Saturdays, your appointment is at a pop up location and not at the actually business location. This is completely understandable and I was aware when I booked the appointment. However, if an individual has a scheduled appointment then it should be of importance. My mom and I, not only waited but stood for twenty minutes past our scheduled appointment before we decided to just leave. There needs to be better standards and policies for managing customers on Saturdays.
