Hands down the greatest shipping broker in the game. Definitely the easiest transport I’ve had and a very pleasurable experience.
I had a very disappointing experience with Ship Guy Auto Transport. We arranged transport for a vehicle from an auction lot in Wayland, MI to Royal Oak, MI. From the beginning, we clearly disclosed that the auction lot required fees and specific paperwork, including notarized driver authorization. We were told transport could be scheduled for Wednesday or Thursday, which gave us the impression there would be time to coordinate everything properly. Unfortunately, communication quickly broke down. Multiple calls and texts requesting driver information were not returned. When driver details were finally sent, the phone number provided was unreachable. We had to track down the carrier ourselves (GOAT Journey LLC) just to get the required documentation. After rushing to complete notary requirements and attempting to schedule the lot release, we were told pickup could only happen the next day, which was not realistically possible given the late notice and inability to secure an appointment with the lot. Ultimately, the carrier stated they were not confident they could retrieve the vehicle and did not have funds to cover the lot fees — even though we were originally told the driver could handle those fees. We even offered to send the fee money directly and were still told they were canceling. The service was never completed despite us making every effort to cooperate and move things forward. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company due to poor communication, lack of coordination, and failure to complete the contracted service.
Whenever I’m in a situation where I need my car shipped again, I will contact this broker. Greatest offer on the market price wise and for the services.

The price I got with them was very reasonable. Both of my cars were delivered a day after they were picked up.
All of my future transport needs will be taken care of with Ship Guy Auto Transport from now on. They’re courteous, professional and they take good care of all cargo.
A for effort. I ended up needing to cancel the transport due to my company no longer moving my location but everyone was so nice about the process and the driver was just about to head my way. If I end up moving, I will definitely call back!
Doing an online quote was super easy on their website. It was accurate. I then received a call from my representative who gave me confirmation that my transport was booked and everything fell into place from there.
I can speak for their whole crew as I talked to James from sales, 2 amazing ladies from the dispatch department, and the driver they had sent out to come pick up my VW beetle. They’re all excellent at their jobs, I’m happy with my auto transport.
Another company left me with no driver and zero contact after I booked with them. It was horrible but I had hope in my next company which was this one. I am so very happy with them! Received my car and I can;t complain about anything.
