Super fast I was in and out in less then an hour.
Got me in early still took awhile for them to load they have to locations the other one is on industrial St. Just check in at either one and they will let you know which warehouse to go to... Tight backing but manageable bring food... I don't know about overnight parking but try your luck and let us know!
Shipper cancel my pickup, could have call me earlier to have two hours to book another load. I checked in at 10:30 for an appointment at 12noon. They said we've been telling the broker already. Waste of time. Bad business.
Usually load you very quickly. May get you in early but they usually run on time. They have two loading warehouses close to each other. Check in at their main facility first and you may be sent around the block to load at a different building.
My appt 10:00am. Im check-in 9:30am Give me door 11:00 after this take 35 minutes break. And take around one hr for unloading. Thanks . But not thanks. No place for overnight. Maybe in the street. But lot local trucks park there.
I’ve been picking up here for years... Everyone has always been nice & helpful! One time I had a trailer problem and a gentleman volunteered to come in on his day off on Saturday to load me because the trailer couldn’t get fixed before closing. I was & still am very grateful! Because that load got me home. Thank you!!!
The back delivery lot is small and hard to get turned around in. A few time I just back in off the street. Nice people but usually late to get in a dock because they get behind unloading trucks.
In and out in 15 minutes. I arrived at 9:10am for a 3pm appointment and they told me to hit the door and they'll load me right now. I hit the door at 9:15am and was loaded at 9:28am. Great job guys and thanks for the laughs and help Ms.Luann with your beautiful self girl.. sho nuff sho nuff
First time experience at Shasta today. Shipping clerk was straightforward, explained what to do so even a rookie driver could understand 'probably something he has to do on a daily basis'. Super easy docking area if you don't overthink the hill backing in. Probably not the best place to try pulling out of during an ice storm unless they salt it pretty well. Yard jockey was very down to earth and personable. No guarantee that everyone will experience the same situation, but maybe... I was one hour early, total time from pulling up to pulling away was 43 minutes... wouldn't turn down a load from here based on the first impression. Enjoy!
This people they don't care about about the drivers. They will let you be in the duck for four to five hours. They are not nice at all they don't have a parking overnight and day time there space is too tight. Likewise check your weight 😉 don't believe what they wrote down.
