I have been to the store since 1989 in the store still has that good spirit in it going to make sure you get what you need. Real helpful.
If you're looking to keep your wardrobe updated and fresh, but don't want to spend a lot of $$$ this is the place. Clothes are in pristine condition, immaculately clean and everything is designer. For men. The store looks like a high end boutique , beautifully staged and always tidy. The sales staff is quick to help and very friendly. They have different sales and plenty of merchandise. One forgets this is a "second-hand" store. HIGHLY recommend.
I used to rely on Second Looks for the occasional sport coat and/or slacks. The last two times I've been in the "girls" working there didn't come out from behind the counter and offer any assistance. Something I always got when Norris worked there. The prices have gone up significantly as well. I also noticed the clothes wrinkled and looking more worn than I have seen in the past. For example when looking at a sport coat it would have those little fuzz balls on the sleeves from rubbing against the waist of the coat. I little thing, but I'd never seen this kind of worn clothing displayed in the past. many of the suits and sport coats were really wrinkled to. I am guessing with the name change from Second Hand looks to Second Looks for Men, they are under a new owner. That's too bad.

Great selection for really good prices! We got my son’s prom outfit here for less than it would be to rent. He got something he can use again that fit his individual style.
Great service. Great prices. Some incredible finds here. You need to go regularly because inventory changes often. Ask them to put you on their text list and never miss a sale! Brands that are known for their quality at a fraction of their original cost!!!! UPDATE... still great for special finds. The shop is filled with mens clothes, shoes and accessories. Do not consider this a cheap place to shop. But you can find quality items at greatly reduced prices. If youre looking for boots right now, they must have had 20 or more to choose from. I generally go to the left side when i go in, they have clearance shoes over there, at even MORE discounted pricing. Also make sure to check the hall by the dressing rooms. They usually have clearance items there as well. Today was shorts at 50% off. Half price!
I been shopping consignment since I was sixteen. I just moved to San Antonio and was happy to find a upscale consignment and will be shopping there real soon. ☺
Have been coming here for years. Now live in Miami. I always make it a point to come by when in town. Best values. Store is immaculate and the staff is super helpful and friendly. I have sold clothing and of course bought plenty. Nothing but great brands and values. Brioni and Canali are always available. You cannot go wrong. Please do yourself a favor and stop by. Let us just say....we ABSOLUTELY loved them. The manager was so wonderful and on point with current style, class, and price. His assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable.
