The best place to take the kiddos 10 cents coke cola 🥤, 5 cents popcorn 🍿 , and candies a little bucket 4.50 🍬 and alot of history there
Went in to enjoy a soda and popcorn but was treated very rudely workers had attitudes was being treated as if I was robbing the place will never go here again very poor service

Great shoes with classic fashion. Recommend the free tour...really fascinating to watch a local business that is one of the last hand-made shoe stores in the US. Definitely no child labor or sweat shop slave labor in some shady 3rd world country so the owners can get fat off the profits. (I'm talking about you Trump Family!)

We were on our STAYcation so we picked SAS Shoe factory and I saw that we were in time for a tour but they said No! You have to call days before! I said does it say that on the website?! They said No! Then the lady says come back! I mentioned to her I don’t live on this side of town I live far north and won’t be back on this side of town! Then I call the corporate office and said the same thing! I mentioned -you need to put it in the website to let people know that you have to call days in advance and she said nothing! Poor Customer Service in the store and on the phone!
I tried to set up a tour of the factory for me any my family over the phone on a Friday afternoon. I was shocked when the worker on the phone asked if I had children attending the tour with me, I told her yes. She asked if any of our kids were disabled and over 6 years old, I told her no. Then she said she couldn't set up a tour for us. I asked if she could make a way for me and my able-bodied family to go on the tour, but she was firm on not allowing us to tour the factory. We still went in person to browse the store area and had a bag of popcorn and a soda pop. The lady and the man who served us kept looking at us and found them staring at times. It had been only a short time until it felt like we overstayed our welcome. So we left. Coming in from out of town I tried to make the best out of our day trip to the San Antonio Shoe Factory, but it started as a big disappointment from the moment I spoke to the worker over the phone. We will not be returning. The popcorn was good. 👍
