This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my 23 years in the military and real estate industry. They build crappy duplexes. Force you to close with over 28 items needing to be fixed. Force you to do final walkthroughs the day before closing at 430pm. This company does not like women. Very condescending, disrespectful, will yell at you, talk down to you, and then offer to buy you lunch. You can't speak to anyone with some sense. They refuse to allow you to speak to anyone in charge. You only get the accountant and just angry construction men with egos who don't like women. I paid for a brand new home. I got trash. They lied about me having Stucco, then something else. My whole front of my home has to be redone in something else because the company stopped making what was put on my home in early 2022. I just bought my home on 30 November 2023. They will sell you trash, then inconvenience you, disrespect you, mess up your home even more every time they come to fix something, and demand you just deal with it! This is not how a new build experience should be, and every neighbor I speak to is going through the same stuff, so it's not just me, yet everyone's issues are all based around crappy work, disrespectful workers, and lack of communication. To this day they still have not even done my 11 month nail pop and door adjustments and a ton of new issues that are not being addressed.
Overall, we're happy with the build, and happiest with the customer service received from project manager Andrew. We have learned to trust him as the go to person to resolve any mechanical issues. It's been nice to see and development being built out.
I had a great experience purchasing a duplex from Rosehaven. The appliances are top of the line and the construction was done well. All of the small things found during the inspection were remedied before I moved in. I haven't had too many problems but my tenants ran into a minor plumbing issue regarding water pressure shortly after they moved in. I put in a warranty request that evening and Ryan reached out the next morning and had someone scheduled to take a look. Love it here!
Purchased a townhouse last year in Magnolia Village and my experience with Andrew and the company has been nothing but a pleasure. Any issue have been resolved quickly without any hassle. Thanks for the great service and professionalism which is not easy to find with some home builders
