I have worked with this group since the start of my professional career and have nothing but praises to sing!

RKA is an outstanding company to use for renovations. Great team with great follow up and will immediately address any issues, even after the project is finished. Quality work!

They did a sunroom for us. They were extremely easy to talk to, professional, and timely with our questions. The build itself is exactly what we wanted. Favorite room in the house!

Excellent communication, excellent workmanship! They built a new back porch for us - "about as small a job as we'll take these days," they told us - which involved demolishing a couple of awnings and the back wall of our kitchen, and included installing large sliding glass doors and refinishing our kitchen floor. They're not the cheapest contractor in Memphis, but they're almost certainly the most professional, and were able to get our project done within a couple weeks of the initial scheduled end date, and very close to on budget. If we hadn't moved out of town, we would happily use them again!

My company, Sleepy ZZZ's Masonry, has been a subcontractor for RKA for almost 2 years now. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. From Anita, who greets you when you walk into their office, always with a smile on her face, to General Superintendent, Greg Green, who knows more about the construction business than anyone I've ever met, to the very nice and motivated man who started RKA close to 15 years ago and is growing their business to huge heights, the owner, Ryan Anderson, it's been my pleasure to have my masonry crews to have done many jobs, both big and small, representing such an incredible organization. They knew that I was "wet behind the ears" but gave me and my crews a chance that I hope will be a very long term relationship. I won't be able to name everyone I've met and worked with so far, but they have some amazing Project Managers and Superintendents that work in the field on the jobs we have done for them that have taught me so much. These include Alex Wellford, Doug McClelland, Wesley Ashley, Kip Gordon, James Poe, Steve Harris, Carter Mackie, Zach Shoe, as well as several of their assistants, too. If you are looking for a great construction company for any kind of project on your existing home or to build you a brand new one, you have people in this company that will work hard for you and your family and stay on top of everything that needs to be done to make you happy. This is the 4th business I've owned in my life and I can honestly say I love doing what I do now more than anything I've ever done. A very huge part of that is because of the people at RKA that we work with all the time. I couldn't be more grateful and thankful.

Doug Mcclelland with RKA and his crew did an excellent job on my custom renovation. His team was professional, reliable, and incredibly skilled. Doug provided expert guidance and he communicated every step of the way. Although no projects are without hiccups, he was quick to resolve any issues we had in a timely manner. I highly recommend RKA and Doug for a custom renovation or new build!

We partnered with RKA to renovate one of our surgery centers. As the administrator of the surgery centers I worked very closely with RKA staff and I was so impressed! Their prices are competitive, and they have an extremely professional staff (shout out to Patrick and Jonathon). They kept me informed, were timely in their communications, and they completed the project on time. I am already using them again for another project at another surgery center.

I can only assume many of these reviews are selected, while the negative reviews are filtered out. Don’t under any circumstances trust this company to do what they say, when they say, and at the stated price. We hired RKA (formerly Williamsburg) for a major home remodel. What was supposed to be 3-4 months of work turned into nearly 1.5 YEARS. Yes, you read that correctly. They subcontracted to low quality, unvetted providers, committed safety violations in our home, and had the audacity to bill us for overages they continually ran. Nightmare scenario. Run for the hills if you’re getting bids from this company.
