We had the most amazing experience with Anhy and Tu from Ricochet at our wedding reception. Our guests raved about their energy and intentional service throughout the entire evening. I’ve been to so many weddings where the bartenders are cold and are obviously part of the service staff. What made Anhy and Tu stand out was their genuine kindness and energy with our guests, they truly blended in as part of our celebration. We also appreciated the tasting experience offered in selecting our custom drinks for the evening months before. We highly recommend Ricochet to anyone planning an event in the Greater Seattle Area - our guests can not stop complimenting our drinks and Anhy & Tu even days after our celebration. I hired Ricochet PNW for my engagement party and they absolutely crushed it! Their team was so easy to work with and made the whole process stress-free. What really stood out were their Asian fusion specialty drinks—unique, creative, and so delicious. On top of that, they could make just about any other drink you could think of, so all of our guests were happy. Everyone kept raving about the cocktails and the service all night. I have worked with many bartenders- these guys were above and beyond in their presentation and service. They were so friendly and professional. They customized a menu for the writing Groom that was fitting for the occasion. I could not recommend them more!

I can not speak highly enough about Anhy + Tu and their bartending. Not only are they very thoughtful when it comes to the questioner that you fill out but they go above and beyond for you and your guests. They bartended for my wedding and I am so glad I stumbled across them because it made the event so perfect and every single guest complimented us on how incredible the drink choices were which were all thanks to Anhy + Tu. They made our themed wedding that much better and I’m so grateful for them and their kindness! If you want people who not only know what they’re doing but love it and will look into every detail they are the ones for you. My husband and I both can stop thinking about the drinks they made either. They’re truly the best and one of a kind!

Our August 2024 wedding had multiple points of drinks service across the venue as different times, creating logistical complexity which Ricochet handled effortlessly. With a professional approach, delicious premade customized drinks, consistent/speedy service, and even a surprise special delivery to the head table of a custom smoked whiskey drink, Ricochet pulled out all the stops and made our event very special. Importantly before the event, Ricochet gave useful and accurate advice about how much alcohol to buy based on our guest count and our collective drink preferences. Ricochet brings expertise from their active participation in the bar/restaurant business, meaning you will get restaurant-quality service and knowledge at your event. All of their presentation (linens, signage, guest engagement) was absolutely top-quality, creating a wonderful experience for us and for all of our guests. Attention to detail is wonderful; Ricochet even stored the kegs in a ‘salted’ ice bath to chill the beer more quickly and continuously. From the knowledgeable and insightful inputs in the months leading up to the wedding to the professional and top-quality execution on the day of the event, I would wholeheartedly and definitively recommend Ricochet for your next big event!

I used Ricochet for my wedding recently and the staff was awesome! Prior to the event, we met up with Anhy and Tu and they helped us choose his and her drinks, which were both delicious! Anhy kept in great communication with us and gave us her opinions on things as well as helping us figure out the amount of alcohol we needed to supply for the amount of guests we had. Due to my wedding size, they set up two bars. One being full service and the other for beers and quick stuff which was nice. Guests didn't have to wait much at all. Highly recommend this team and their staff!

Anhy and Tu were so amazing to work with during the whole process leading up to our wedding reception! They were super easy to communicate with, they came up with perfect cocktail suggestions based on our tastes, and they absolutely smashed it on the day. Nothing but good vibes and positive feedback from our guests. Their kumquat-based cocktail invention was an especially big crowd-pleaser! Would highly recommend Ricochet :D

I literally cannot rave enough about Anhy and Tu! They are the literal best. If I can have them for every event in my life I would! They were so friendly and nice. They’re quick to respond and so accommodating. They literally tried to advocate for us and bring our vision to life as much as possible given the push back of our venue. Not only did they bartend for our wedding reception but they also did drink catering for our at home tea ceremony on site! The variety and quality of everything they do is top tier and I honestly cannot thank them enough. Even my friends and family raved about them!
