Amber was very welcoming and answered every question I had. Very professional young lady. I recommend her if you’re new like me! I will be returning.
I bought a membership to Restore about a month ago and have been loving it ever since! The staff is super friendly, especially Sarah! They can tell you all about their services but what sticks out to me more than anything is how they encourage you on your health journey. I never would’ve tried Cryo previously, but the staff encouraged me to try something new and now I love it! They also hype me up when I’m not so sure I can handle a longer duration (spoiler alert: with this team, you CAN). The location is a 10/10 and super convenient to other places I already frequent.
I’m dealing with chronic illness, really struggling to feel good. Amber was extremely helpful, professional, and went out of her way to make sure my visit went well. I’m extremely appreciative to have someone like Amber with a great attitude and excellent customer service skills.. I plan to go back for sure
I absolutely detest needles and IVs, but I really wanted to give a few different treatments a try. I’m so glad I did! Carly and Amber were fantastic and I left feeling refreshed. Can’t wait to come back soon!

I can’t say enough great things about the incredible team at Restore Hyperwellness – Music Row Nashville! As a member of Restore Plymouth Meeting, I stopped in with five coworkers while visiting Nashville, and Tommy, Carly, and Bri went above and beyond to accommodate us all as walk-ins. Not only did they seamlessly guide a group of newbies through IV drips, cryotherapy, and wellness shots, but they did it with infectious enthusiasm, warmth, and a party-like energy that made the whole experience a total highlight of our day. They turned education into fun and made everyone feel like longtime regulars. Huge thanks to this rockstar team – you made a big impression, and we’ll be talking about it for a long time!

Great experience! Husband and I got IV drips while on vacation. They were so friendly and welcoming. I’m not great with needles but it was a breeze! Definitely recommend.
Greeted by all staff at the front. Was clearly communicated all things that I need to know. Appreciated all the extra touches to make me feel comfortable, snacks, blankets, water. As a high level manager of a franchise, I enjoyed watching how well your staff related to the clients and yet remained positive and professional. If I wasnt travelling from MD, I would have tried to poach to my franchise, BUT doubt they would have entertained as they were so happy and culture seemed amazing! Well done!
