Store is well stocked My only question is “why do you not offer military or teacher discount”? Especially if you have employees who are former military? Just a suggestion

I came in looking for a specific hat and the gentleman that helped me was very kind. He listened to me and I was able to get a hat that I was very happy about!!!

I had a great experience. The staff was helpful and friendly. The store was clean and well stocked. I will be back!

If they don't have it, you probably don't need it. Unbelievable selection across all Sports. Friendly staff and even fitting rooms to try on your selection before you pay for it. Gig'm Aggies!

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Especially when I asked for pricing on a cowboys Super Bowl wall hanger lol. Good people

The lady who checked me out that day was a sweetheart she also communicated with my seven-year-old grandson she had awesome customer service.

TCU shirt was markdown for $12.99 but computer showed 24.99. When they clearly saw orange markdown sticker they said they couldn’t honor the price even though it was on merchandise… I ask for corporate telephone # and the employee ( Adriene Odontist) which he say that was his name after he hesitated before he gave his name clearly kept quoting the computer price.. I then ask for his supervisor which he quoted wasn’t available so he took my information & said supervisor would contact me within 24 hrs.. needless to say NOONE has contacted me on this matter!!!!! Very poor customer service😡😡

Amazing selection of merchandise for each sports team. The shirts and hats had designs on them that I haven’t seen anywhere else. Refreshing! Staff very friendly and helpful.

Today I visited the Montgomery Plaza bass the employee really made me so happy and fulfilled with their knowledge and help with purchasing a jersey. Sebastian helped with figuring out the size I needed, Chasity helped with finding the jersey I needed because the store didn’t have the size I needed, and Amaury suggested the online options of free shipping to my house. They all showed great team work as they helped me with the purchase. I plan to make the trip of coming to shop at this location instead of the other one. I really enjoyed their friendliness, kindness, and helpfulness! These are great workers that went above and beyond of what I expected. THANK YOU!

What happened to y’all We used to love going to rally house, big sports fans, multiple teams. Quality merchandise… The last year, we’ve tried to visit you, not finding as high-quality merchandise when you’re open. Today we couldn’t even get in the rally house at Montgomery Street because although you open at 10, doors were locked at 10:35. even FedEx was unable to deliver to you, I had stickers all over your front door! We’re just gonna take all our business online and skip using you guys from now on. It’s a shame, he used to be really awesome!
