Poor customer service I got there 5:30 they close at 6 I already knew what I came for I got to door where lady was standing I showed her a picture of outfit they have online I ask did they carry it in the store she barely look at the picture said we don’t have it if we did I would of bought it already like really I asked did they have anything similar she seem like she just ready for me leave even if they didn’t have it her attitude was not professional
I got A nice outfit the cashier was very helpful and when I came through the door they great me with A smile 😊 I will be back thank you.
Plus size section is not true to size. Runs too big or too small. If something is too small and you go a size up it's too big. I had to laugh and just go next door to Old Navy. Plus they take the dressing room situation too seriously, maybe they've had a lot of theft so they're trying harder to keep an eye on things. Who knows? There's also so much merchandise throughout that you can barely maneuver through the store, skinny or fat.
Bad customer sevices. Walked in wasnt even greeted. Spoke to employees didnt speak back. Did not want to shop there because of the poor customer service enviroment. Walked right back out!!!
I shop at this rainbows all the time I normally don't have a problem with the clothes so I never return items, but this particular time I bought some jeans they fit perfectly but the length of the legs is too long so they drag the floor when you walk even if you have shoes on. Tags are still on the jean but I miss places the receipt, the young lady tells me she can't help me I didn't even want any money back I just wanted to get a different part of jeans, She still wasn't willing to do that, smfh customer service was very poor on her part.

Not many places I can find an actual size 0 that fits me well! I’m so glad I ran in to check it out! I found the perfect pair of pants in no time!
